My favorite place to get black milk tea!! They make it just the way I like it and it's consistently good. I feel like I see a new worker there almost every time but yet their drinks still taste good every time. Their tapioca never disappoints either. Soft and chewy! They also have crystal boba that's good too. Sometimes I'd crave a BMT, I'd go to the mall just to get it! Sometimes I can't finish a large so I love that they have medium sizes. It's rare that I see them slow. But I've never waited a long time to get my drink! One of my top boba places for sure!

The customer service has been consistently awesome and helpful. So glad they're at Penn Square Mall!!While their teas are sometimes on the sweeter side, the ingredients just taste better. Esp. their lavender. They're also safe, helpful, and have a good amount of variety.

Yelp did not steer us wrong! We always judge on the classic milk teas. We tried both the jasmine and black milk tea regular sweet and regular ice! Creamy perfection and the brown sugar boba was perfectly cooked! It has a unique creaminess and strong tea flavor most similar to Chinese milk tea. Highly recommend! Located in the food court by the railing and the cookie booth. Staff were friendly and properly masked up for Covid. Love boba? I took fellow Yelper Chris L.'s advice and ordered the lavender milk tea, and I couldn't have been happier with Chris' advice. I had dreaded going into Penn Square given the current COVID-19 numbers, yes, but I stayed safe and quickly obtained my "happy" purchase at Mr. Pan. Staff was masked -- greatly appreciated!

Great place to get Boba tea. Getting regular boba is never available everytime I go. Mall opens at 11 am. No boba ready when I take a lunch from work at 12 pm. Today I take a late lunch mall opens at Noon no boba ready at 2:19 pm. This place keeps losing my business because it is never ready and I am tired of replacing it with crystal boba. It is not the same.

It's my first time trying the boba drink here. I saw good reviews and brought me to the store at Penn-Mall. The tea itself contains pretty good taste, intense flavor compare to Tapioca Lounge or Sharetea (my favorite place). I gave 2 stars because of its service. Poor customer service and aggressive. I would rather stay with Sharetea as always.

I did not realize this was in the mall- but I loved both Bobas we tried from here!We got the Melon (with fruit jelly) and the Thai Tea milk tea (with crystal boba) and both were delicious!For the price, I thought the size was more than expected! The only reason I give Mr Pan 4* instead of 5* is we stopped by around 12:30/1pm and they were already out of brown sugar boba and that my personal favorite and came recommended! Otherwise, I was more than happy with the milk teas we received!

This is my all time favorite place for any kind of milk tea! I've tried all the other boba/milk tea shops in Oklahoma. I've even tried "popular" boba shops in Texas and California, but this is still my favorite place. The flavor is consistent and tastes great everytime. I personally don't like regular boba, so I always get crystal boba with all my drinks. I can't express enough how other places cannot compare. Other places I've tried frequently tastes watered down or just aren't up to par. I never loved milk tea or boba until I had Mr. Pan. Now I'm addicted and eagerly waiting for Mr. Pan to open back up again after quarantine so I can get some drinks!

Yeah, yeah.. they're kind of slow when it comes to making drinks, but I've only noticed that when the mall is extremely busy or when one/two employee(s) is working the boba shop. On other normal days (weekdays), they make the drinks at a timely manner. Honestly, where are you in a hurry to go to when Build-a-bear is just steps away from the boba tea shop? I've welcomed Mr. Pan to be part of my top three favorite boba tea shops in OKC. Their tea flavors are strong!! I almost want to say that they make the best jasmine green milk tea in town! Their oolong tea is also great! I'm always bouncing between these two drinks, so.. yeah, I haven't tried any other drinks on their menu. BUT I DEFINITELY WILL NEXT TIME I VISIT.

This boba tea is really good and I just noticed it existed. I’ve been wanting a boba place at this mall for so long while this had been under my nose the whole time! The small size here seems smaller than I’m used to for boba but the cups are really sturdy! My only complaint is that there are not slushes/frappes on the menu but hopefully as it gets more popular it will add that option :) definitely will come again!
