They were out of quiche, ketchup, ham & only had a grilled cheese for the kids. Just seemed like they were out of everything you need for brunch! Our server was very nice & the chef came out about the ham, so great job on the service! The baklava dessert looked yummy too ?

The museum cafe had been talked about in my circle so I decided to give it a try for Sunday brunch. The restaurant and bar were very clean and the decor and the art they had placed around were great. Chairs and bar stools were very comfortable. The bartender "Madi" made me and excellent Bloody Mary and then I had a beer. Service was prompt and friendly. They were busy but the bartenders service wasn't affected. Great job by our bartender. Ordering food you have to go to the bar register to order. The menu is a bit long winded but very descriptive of the menu items. We ordered the chicken and waffles , panini, and steak and eggs. ( I forget which panini and didn't get a picture of it or the steak) The chicken was hand breaded and cooked and seasoned perfectly. I usually don't like much syrup and this was covered but complimented the dish perfectly. The steak looked cooked perfectly and was fork tender. Appeared to be a center cut sirloin with great seasoning. The eggs were also cooked exactly as ordered and looked amazing. The panini could have been cooked a little longer but was an attractive entree. Definitely give this place a shot whenever you can but it's definitely on par with places like the press, hatch, etc. FYI I think the menu is different from what yelp is showing. I'm fairly sure they got new owners so that could be why there is a different menu.

Upscale food in a quiet little venue. Quite an exotic selection. Good, but could use some balancing of the flavors.

This was the absolute best dinner ever. The food, wine and service was the perfect dinner to bring in the new year.

Absolutely substandard menue vs preCOVID. My wife called ahead to verify menue choices and services and was told all would be as it was. Which was grossly inaccurate. Very dissatisfied as the food served used to be absolutely super.

Last weekend Chef Michael Haddad and his fabulous crew provided a delicious and beautiful brunch for our very large group of over 20 people, to celebrate my grandmothers 95th birthday. The food was delicious, the presentation was lovely, and they went out of their way to make her feel loved and celebrated. Thanks for working with us to make her day special! Highly recommend Centre Bistro/Museum Cafe!
