I’ve never had Nigerian food before so I was excited to try it. This restaurant closes at 6 and is located in a food court which makes it hard for the 9-5s to make it on time. We made it by 5:30pm and understandably, the owner didn’t seem thrilled to see us but was nice enough about it. She seemed very rushed due the time and kept running back and forth from the kitchen while we ordered which made it so I couldn’t order everything at once. It was hard to communicate with her. Then when she put in our order, she mentioned “$10 walk in charge” for the plantains we ordered. My friend and I didn’t understand what that meant. I wanted to say something but two other customers walked in and she walked away before giving us our receipt. This led us to believe we got charged a “walk in fee” and we were pretty upset about it. On the receipt it read “Custom Amount $20” which didn’t explain much. It wasn’t until we realized that the wings and rice which is originally $13.99 was included in that amount. (NOTE: We did receive a discount and I am sorry for that misunderstanding). The food was alright. My friends liked it for the most part. The best dish was the plantains rice and stew. I ordered the Efo Riro which was good but didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, the experience wasn’t great and I wish the communication had been better between us.

I’ve tried Nigerian food before but I have to say this place outdid every other place I’ve tried! Everything I tried was so full of flavor. The staff and owner are really kind and helpful. I definitely recommend trying this place out and stopping by if you’re ever downtown! 10/10 recommend

Walking down the stairs to Naija Wife Kitchen, I could smell the love that was put into the cooking. The atmosphere was amazing, the owner was incredibly nice. The food was out of this world. We were able to sample all of the soups before we decided on what to get. We had the peanut butter soup with rice, the egusi soup with fufu and the banga soup with fufu. We also had a side if fish steak and stewed eggs. We will definitely be back.

I ate here for the first time today. The customer service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious!Dietary restrictions: They have a lot dishes that don’t contain shellfish or peanuts for those that are allergic. The dishes that contain those items are labeled.

I love support Afrikan kulture beautiful... sadly Its in the heart of Downtown Okc the snobbish & horrible location parking is horrible. If the store was openly accessible in a real people location I would deff go in once a week. Bless..

Came for the fufu and it was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend! I was super nervous at first to try it but the woman who was serving us made me feel very comfortable and let us try a sample of all of the stews! They were all amazing. The prices were perfectly reasonable for the quality in quantity of food you get. Parking was rough but that's expected in downtown. The restaurant style is in a food court on the lower level of the building. We will 1000% be back next time we come to OKC!
