Neptune Submarine Sandwiches

They post the wrong menu prices and will charge you a dollar more. Menu is posted at $2.99 for a regular drink but will charge $3.99. And all they’ll say is that their menu is a dollar off.

Edit: they said it was resolved, but they didn’t resolve it with me! They still owe me $2. This is fraud

Service is fast, best bread that doesn't make me bloated, fresh food all around! Best sandwiches ever made that doesn't make people with stomach problems have bad days! Thank you Neptune for the awesome 👌 Service and food

Ordered the Italian sub. You only get a couple pieces of meat and american cheese. Would not recommend.

I went to the store today around 3 o'clock. The guy at the window taking orders just can't seem to get it right. I ordered a tuna sandwich and a potato. Salad, I get to the window and he has a chicken wrap sandwich, some type of something. And no potato salad, I told him what I wanted. So he gives me the potato shuttle and leaves after I paid I had to wait until he come out and I told my new tuna sandwich and he said, oh okay, no thank you, no apology, no nothing very rude. I'm unprofessional

First with the positives: great sub buns. Tasty fajita chicken. Good variety. Solid ranch dressing. Fresh lettuce tomato and onion.

Negatives: where is the meat? Super skimp for a sub sandwich. They don’t make up for it in vegetables either. They are equally slim on all ingredients. Cheap cheese processed white American. It is a cheese that has its place but really cheapens the sub.

This place has really not changed in many years in decor and it has a dining room full of people and also the drive thru is full.

Do the people positively reviewing this place have taste buds? This was the least satisfying sandwich I've ever had. The bread is so bland with terrible texture. I got the caprese sandwich and they skimped out so much on the meat, just two thin slices. If you're going to eat here ask that they add salt and pepper so you can at least taste something or just go to Lee's or Subway instead.

Everything I get close I have to stop in..... it's all about the bread!!

Food is good, could use more filling in the sandwiches maybe pay for the extra meat if you're hungry.

Should probably sweep the lobby more lots of crumbs and lettuce just laying under/around tables.
