I'd give it a 5 because all the food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. I used to go every Sunday, and they always gave me dirty looks and treated me rudely. I went tonight too, and they treated me terribly. If I were the manager, I'd definitely do something about it.

Their ice cream tastes great, definitely one of the better spots I’ve tried. The service has always been friendly whenever I’ve gone, which I really appreciate. The only thing that feels off is that they only accept cash. It’s unusual these days and makes me wonder why they don’t take cards. I’d definitely come more often if they offered card or digital payments. Still, overall it’s a good spot for ice cream if you don’t mind bringing cash.

Worst customer service I should give zero stars for horrible experience. Walked in they were attending all male workers of course they left they saw me there and didnt even get hello how can we help you. Other two people walked in and started attending to them right away I said excuse me she said well your not in line I said excuse me none of those male workers were in line either. I left immediately they were so rude

I do not like the fact that they give me the stuff and act in a bad mood to us customers I thought it was a one time thing but it happened often and their attitude they do things other than that it’s tidy but some tables are still messy and chairs the food is good the drinks too the ice cream is nice and it all has a good flavor 2.5/5 I’m doing three because I’m generous

they let 3 people cut us then my husband asked if they could help us and they smiled and ignored us. very rude & unprofessional. i even spoke spanish just in case they didn’t understand me. very sad because we love this place

the food here is cheap and it’s good for the price which is the only reason i come, service on the other hand… for the most part they always have an attitude other than one girl who was always nice but seems like she doesn’t work there anymore. i went in last night and ordered hot cheetos with cheese and corn (it’s sweet and spicy, which i like) and the lady said in spanish to another employee “is she even going to finish this” then the lady at the register was side eyeing everyone. I recommend Tizo’s which is 5 minutes down the road, they always have great service and good food, though it’s a little more expensive but definitely worth it!
