The shakes taste like the flavors they're meant to taste like. The refreshers are bold and actually keep me from yawning throughout the day. I feel better all day when I stop at New Life Nutrition in the mornings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hands down favorite breakfast, meal shake, energy spot in OKC.
Extremely pleasant experience! Staff was great and the healthy teas and shakes are as good as everyone says! 10/10Kid-friendliness: Caffeine free options and the shakes are so good that even my 4 year old nephew loves them!
