Best burger in the state. Owners and staff are amazing! Very unique combinations for the burgers. Amazing bourbon selection. Fries are addictive. KFC BANANA PEPPERS EVEN MORE SO. Dont miss those!

This is a great burger spot. In OKC I feel like everything is a smash burger and New State offers a good change of pace. The staff are very friendly. Space is small but quaint. I will say do not come here expecting to stay because it will burn a hole in your pocket book. Eat a burg then get out of there. PS: Pro tip, ask to have your burger cut in half by chef.

Was our first time in and my husband and I both loved the experience! Victor took great care of us and the burgers are among the best I’ve had in OKC. Don’t pass up the Brussels sprouts, delicious!!!

First time her. Service by our waitress today was excellent. She was the only one working at noon when we walked in. Had great recommendations and for being the only server/bartender she still took the time to give us recommendations and was very fast to get us refills and check in on us. The food was great. Definitely get the BBQ on the side for the western burger, it was a mess but very good. Will be back. Get this lady some help though!

I think I enjoy the atmosphere most of all, not too loud and it's a simple layout. The waiter has been consistently nice on both of my visits. The food is pretty good and the old fashioned was nice!

Great burgers! My last visit was lunch so no drinks. The bar menu looks great. Great sidewalk café too.

Every Hipster will say the newer Burger places are better but I'm not a hipster.

We ate lunch here and had a small group. PEYTON was our server. Peyton was Great she gave us recommendations, on the food and drinks. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Food was very good and reasonably priced. But the service was awesome.

Incomplete order. My colleague ordered the hot hamburger and received no gravy, as well as ordering fry sauce and didn't receive. No napkins either! We chose New State Burgers because we've enjoyed it in the past. This was disappointing.

We just happened to stop here while in Midtown and I'm so glad we did. This place was great! Good atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice little burger restaurant downtown area. Very friendly, quiet, and the food was delicious.

Burgers are ok, the only thing that I felt was good, were the Brussel sprouts . The portion sizes were average. The place has a small casual bar atmosphere.
