Overpriced! $20 for a small greasy “double cheeseburger” (no fries) and 1 beer
Service was fine though

I think I enjoy the atmosphere most of all, not too loud and it's a simple layout. The waiter has been consistently nice on both of my visits. The food is pretty good and the old fashioned was nice!

Great burgers! My last visit was lunch so no drinks. The bar menu looks great. Great sidewalk café too.

Every Hipster will say the newer Burger places are better but I'm not a hipster.
New State has the Best Burgers around

We ate lunch here and had a small group. PEYTON was our server. Peyton was Great she gave us recommendations, on the food and drinks. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Food was very good and reasonably priced. But the service was awesome.

Incomplete order. My colleague ordered the hot hamburger and received no gravy, as well as ordering fry sauce and didn't receive. No napkins either! We chose New State Burgers because we've enjoyed it in the past. This was disappointing.

We just happened to stop here while in Midtown and I'm so glad we did. This place was great! Good atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. We will definitely be coming back.

Big shout out to this sweet little spot!!! I have been remote working here this afternoon!! The cheeseburger on the Happy Hour Menu is my fav!! These guys have great food and stellar service!!! Great little happy hour!! One of my fav waiters in the city is here!!! ❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️

Nice little burger restaurant downtown area. Very friendly, quiet, and the food was delicious.

Burgers are ok, the only thing that I felt was good, were the Brussel sprouts . The portion sizes were average. The place has a small casual bar atmosphere.

Hands down the best burger in Oklahoma. No matter what you get on the menu it's top tier.

Oklahoma should be a known food destination. Literally so much delicious food, cool shops, great shows/performances. This place was not a let down. So so good. The western burger and tots were so good. I miss good tea too! West coast does not do tea right. Just saying. I loved my entire meal. The staff were on point and so nice. Everything was clean and such a vibe. I will be back when I’m in Oklahoma again.

It was slow. Only us and another couple. Our food sat waiting to be delivered for awhile. We could see it sitting there. Waitress was polite but no reason for our food to just sit there. It also seemed like they changed their food. Didn't taste the same as before and was just ok. For the money it should be more than ok.
