i am a frequent customer at this location on May, but today my service was not great. once we tip on online order you ask for another tip after handing over our food.the new packaging (brown boxes) for the food is not a good idea, the display or sushi was not good at all. it look like yall just threw my sushi in there. Representation is everything for me.also i received the wrong sushi roll. i am not happy about my experience here. i’m going to have to find another local sushi spot.

Foods great, place is clean but the people working the cash register ruin our experience every time. They have mostly good people at the front but there are 2 employees that are unbelievably rude. They carry the attitude that we are an inconvenience to them. Once they tried to reprimand us for throwing away trash in the “wrong trash can”. We drive 30 minutes very often to eat here and it is always a disappointment at this location only.We love nhinja but will not return to this location. We would encourage anyone to visit any of their other locations and you’ll have a 100% great experience. We hope that their management will do something about this unprofessional and unpleasant employee problem!

Have gone to Nhinja for years and love all locations. Typically get gyoza, chicken fried rice and the thunder roll. Some of the employees are young and still in training but they typically do a good job. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten inside, typically take out which is an easy process. Definitely a go to stop for the weekends.
Very poor experience here with customer service. We ordered chicken fried rice with no vegetables and broccoli chicken with no carrots. Broccoli chicken ended up being no vegetables as well so I get home and find just chicken in a box. No big deal you would think. Call the restaurant and they refuse any service or remake and say that it’s how the food was ordered. This was in person so I am very sure this isn’t the case. Horrible way to handle something so simple by the staff.

I recently just tried nhinja and we will definitely be back with the family. I love the family environment and the food was very good and came out very fast ! Abby was very helpful and full of good suggestions on the food. A very nice young man with dark longer hair helped me as well and was very nice and also gave me some good advice about the menu and signing up for rewards. All around a great family friendly restaurant with nice employees. my family and I will be looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Nhinja has fallen off as of recent. Especially the one on may. Their consistency isn’t what it used to be, the rolls are premade now and don’t even taste the way they used to. Not to mention there’s a kid that answers the phone at the May location that is always in a bad mood. He’s got straight black hair and everytime I call to place a to go order he always answers with the shortest, most “idgaf” attitude. I just hung up on him this time cause I’ll just go to the Rockwell location. I’ve spent way too much money at Nhinja over the years to be made feel like they don’t care about receiving my money anymore. I’ll just go somewhere else if this is the current norm for an already mid, to sub par sushi place.

Stink pot attitude from the manager, Melissa, who got my “to go” order wrong and then tried to blame it on me. Not the first time I’ve noticed snarky attitude from the staff. I eat out every meal. But not from there anytime soon.
