Didn't get any of the sauces at all, gyoza wasn't cooked all the way through and the unsauced plain chicken was so hard you couldn't chew it and there was less than a serving of lo mein even with the extra charge.

Extremely disappointed.
We will not be back to this location.

I’ve ordered food from this restaurant a lot and was great but the last 2 times I've received food it was horrible! The sushi is sticky and tastes stale, the Hunan garden dish was real dry and chicken had a sour smell. Very Disappointing!

I am a returning customer for many year. Loved the Yukon location! The Rockwell location is a different story. We have given them several chances. Most times is okay but not fantastic. 11/10/2024 we picked up a take out order which will probably be our last. We spent alot of money- ordered 2 meals, 3 sushi rolls, and fried rice. We found 2 long dark hairs in our sushi! The meals were very bland with no flavor and the nhinja roll was absolutely horrible. It has an insane amount of cream cheese. Suffered through 2 bites and that was all I could take. Contacted them via Facebook with no response. I also want to mention I avoid ordering anything with shrimp due to this location NEVER deveins it. Very disappointing in quality of food as everytime we go we spend alot of money.

Food is good, service is fast, staff is helpful and nice. Atmosphere is clean and tidy. Would be nice to have the floors a little nicer by using some concrete stain to do a design and a nice clear coat. Other than that, they keep everything nice and clean.

Been here a few times and it's a good alternative to a hibachi. The service I've received from the staff is subpar they aren't the friendliest. Food is always fresh and good though.

On my way home from work I went through the drive through to pick up dinner. I got to the drive through window only to be told he couldn’t take my order. He said I would need to call or get on the app. This is ridiculous. Good customer service would be, “I’d be happy to take that order for you, and if you’ll just park up or park on the side we’ll bring it out for you. I took my business to the new Panda king on Rockwell. The prices at Ninja have gone up and the service has gone down. A drive through is for convenience! Driving through 5 o’clock traffic it isn’t safe to be ordering online or messing with my phone. Where’s good customer service in this situation?

This is the best place to get sushi! The staff is phenomenal and the restaurant is clean and fresh! Come in and hit up the new restaurant on Rockwell and 122nd, they did not disappoint and owe me nothing!

The best food & even better service!

Ordered $75 of food and it wasn’t worth it. We observed that the staff didn’t wear gloves or hair nets when making the food. We watched someone come from outside and didn’t even stop to wash his hands before he went to working on food.
The rolls also didn’t taste fresh. The nori was soggy and the fried roll wasn’t hot. The only thing edible was the crab Rangoon. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered over 50.00 worth of food, was very greasy and soggy. Called the manager just to inquire and see what options they had. He instantly said if you don’t have the food o can’t replace very Rudely. Never asked for anything but to be shown some type of courtesy. Gross food, very poor customer service, and the manager lacks emotionL intelligence and good customer service i could tell he was flustered for no reason. Don’t eat here go to Edmond will be wrong a formal letter and ensuring everyone knows how tacky the manager is.
