This was one of our go to spots for ordering breakfast delivery, but over the past month the quality has gone down and the orders were incorrect. Increase in delivery fee also accompanied the decline in quality/accuracy.

Prices went up quality went down. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel the original old school on northside before it got franchised would stuff the bagels full.

We've been going to this location since it opened and it had been one of our go to places for breakfast but we were there at 7am this morning and even though there were staff members inside the restaurant who could see us and another car waiting to be served they did not unlock the doors. We finally left at 7:05, if the staff can't open the doors at the posted time they should consider changing the hours.

I have made a genuine effort to provide this establishment with an opportunity to redeem themselves, given my affinity for their bagels and sandwiches. However, the Old School bagel that I have purchased from other locations has consistently been exceptional. Unfortunately, the Moore location falls short. The sandwiches are subpar, appearing to be hastily assembled without attention to detail. For instance, I ordered a toasted Lox and Cream cheese, which was poorly prepared. The salmon was not properly cured, and excessive capers were added, amplifying the saltiness. The tomato and red onion were thinly sliced and lacked freshness. The bagel was inadequately toasted, and the sandwich was overpowered by cream cheese. The overall experience was disappointing, with the sandwich being overly salty and served on a soggy, cold bagel. To rectify this situation, I suggest the following: Address the customer service skills of the employees, particularly the young lady working the drive-through, who consistently displays rudeness. Retrain the staff responsible for food preparation to ensure attention to detail and quality. Alternatively, consider re-establishing the location to uphold the reputation of Old School Bagel.
Address:
1. Enhance customer service skills.
2. Retrain food preparation staff.
3. Consider re-establishing the location.

Meh. Was in the mood for a bacon egg n cheese bagel and this sandwich was just sad. Most of the sandwich is just rubbery bagel. You can see from this photo how lackadaisical they are with making it an actual sandwich i.e. the most minimal amount of substance. I guess I'll just have to stick to breakfast burritos from across the street because they never miss and aren't 85% tortilla.

The toasted bagel breakfast and lunch sandwiches are particularly nice with jalapeno cream cheese. The manager, Karen, is extremely friendly and helpful. I go here for a nice calm break in my day too.
Denied my everthing bagel with cream cheese, toasted, open faced? Owner does not allow open face any more? why? Otherwise bagels are awesome!

good bagels but customer service is horrific.
fyi- some people have trouble reading menus due to eye sight or literacy. when they ask for help dont roll your eyes, point to the menu, and return to your phone.
