Never have fruit cups is my biggest complaint. Other than that the service is great.

my favorite place to eat bagels, and I love the coffee at this place so much, and the staff is always smiling!

The staff are always in a wonderful mood when I come through the window. If you really want to make their day, ask them to surprise you with a bagel & cream cheese combo. I do this every time and haven’t been let down yet.

Well, today was not the day to get a bagel. In the past, their bagels were delicious and filling. This is my fourth time getting bagels. Today, my bagel was burned and the chorizo and egg was lacking. Tried to call to speak to someone, but no answer. Too much money for what I got.

I really want to continue coming here, but they really do everything to keep customers away. We received our bagels, but zero cream cheese, they claimed they "were out", OK I mean there's like 7 supermarkets within 10 mins, no one thought to run over and grab some? And then on the lox bagel, there was a tiny slab of slimy salmon. So we're approaching $40 for cream cheese-less, taste-less, utterly unappetizing bagels. WONT GET FOOLED AGAIN!

Flavorless. Meh. I purchased a dozen mixed bagels and several different cream cheese flavors as a birthday gift. The cream cheese flavors were bland and tasted more like a cake icing than cream cheese. Little to no flavor. The bagels were a good texture, but again very little flavor. The Everything Bagel was the best. Additional information…..I went in around 2pm and they had already started putting chairs on the tables for closing and had already emptied all the juices so they weren’t available for purchase. Disappointing.

Every time we go here they try to charge us for more expensive Bagel that is cheap. And get food shoved to us at the window. It feels like it's always hostile when you make them work.

They have so many different bagels. You need to check it out for yourself.

It’s pretty sad when you can get a freshly made croissant sandwich from a fast food spot, but the old school bagel cafe microwaves it… when your staff asks, “Do you want that warmed up?” Croissant bread was tough (microwaved) bacon was undercooked (microwaved) egg was dry (microwaved) this isn’t the staffs fault, they just work there! I get it, do the bagels instead if they are actually made in house (skeptical at this point) I have chef Mike (microwave) at home too, but we don’t use it for breakfast foods.

Fresh bagels, multiple flavors or plain. The coffee was good also. Move over DunkinParking: Drive thru is available...

Easily the worst in the chain. The bagels are more often than not flat and the sandwiches are underwhelming. The Norman location (no longer part of the chain but still serves the same menu) is significantly better and worth the drive.

They cannot get simple orders correct. Check your food at the window. They get it wrong more often than they get it right.
