Amazing service! Our server, Rattana P, did an amazing job. She always made sure to check up on us, and made sure our drinks were never empty before she got us a new refill, despite there being 9 or 10 of us. In fact, our friend Gerard had 10 drinks by end of the night, and she never missed a beat when reffing his drink.
Fantastic experience. Such a lovely interior. Amazing music, so different than other restaurants. Very welcoming staff. Delicious cappuccino and cocktail. The Tiramisu dessert is so extraordinary!
Most of the time, the service is really good at this restaurant. The food is always good, and I enjoy coming here for a good meal. Today, it was just a series of bad experiences: the service took a long time to come to my table; then they retrieved my drink and utensils/napkin and took about 10 minutes to replace them even after my meal was served. A manager came by and asked if I wanted more soup and bread, which never arrived. I had to ask for another drink; it took a while...
