Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The bread was old and the chicken was kind of rubberized. We were there last night and the salad and appetizers were good and drinks were great. The rest n of the food was nasty

I went there after a funeral of my sister-in-law. I was hoping for a nice calm dinner. Instead I got a rush job of get the hell out of here.
I used to go to the Olive Gardens in Colorado, due to I was a field tech for computer systems. Though I could complain to the manager in person, I never needed to.
Here in the OKC metro, all of the OG's have an attitude of hurry up and get the F$&#k out of here. Kinda of a real bummer for wanting a old fashioned dinner in an Italian restaurant..

I called ahead for curbside, picked up and drove home. I realized I was missing an entree and breadsticks. I called and they would give me breadsticks for the inconvenience. I drove back, they brought out food, drove home and the entree and 3 breadsticks were cold. I got 28 bags of Parmesan cheese packets though!

This Olive Garden has terrible customer service regarding incorrect orders. I clearly explained to a staff member the issues with my To Go order; however, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and shockingly has minimal communication skills to satisfy my needs.

Prices went up with inflation, portions seem slightly deflated. In the end I feel like I am getting less value. Food is pretty good though. Just not something I see myself seeking out often.

There was a hair found in my food, my food was already half eaten already. My chicken was very chewy as well and was sent back. Asked to speak to the manager but she was very unprofessional and very rude. Once i spoke about the hair in my food I asked for a refund but since my food was already half eaten she didn't want to give a refund and made a fuss about it saying it was already half eaten. Im not supposed to have hair in my food so of course i'm gonna eat most of my food but found it towards the bottom. Will not be going back to this location, very rude and unprofessional. I'm a Manager as well and we don't treat our customers the way I was treated.

I got the shrimp Alfredo and spinach artichoke. The Alfredo was absolutely awful and the shrimp did not taste cooked. The spinach artichoke was delicious however. Very nice waitress. Not happy with the main meal at all unfortunately.

There was a screaming child there who screamed and made all kinds of loud noise the entire time I was there. I am a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD and I had to leave and go sit in my car because the parents made no attempt to quiet the child. This made for a very unpleasant experience considering the amount of money I spent.

We took a large crowd. Everyone seemed to enjoy their eats. Waitress was excellent with our group of 12.

Jake was my server. I had a group of 7 other people and he was always so generous! He is the best server i have ever had! I very much appreciate his and everyone's hard work in that restaurant. He was so kind and caring and was always happy to help. Thank you jake!
