Management is so nice as well as we had great service. Food was fresh and delicious! Best Olive Garden experience I've had in a long time.

July 12 2025. Rainy day. Went to get seated and rain dripping from the ceiling and lights. SAFTEY Hazard!!! Ordered an extra boat of sauce which I was going to pay for. Was told they don’t offer to sell boats of extra sauce. Chicken and pasta dried out and broccoli was undercooked and raw. Fix the roof felt unsafe having water tripping from electrical outlets. And it was thru out the restaurant

I have never left a review for a restaurant before but I felt I needed to for the experience i recieved from the staff behind the scene of this establishment. Zay, our server was so on point with her service and attentiveness that my wife compared her to her own servers at the extremely high end and affluent restaurant she works at now. We had a bad experience at an Applebee's the night prior and the difference in quality of food and service shocked both of us to our core! Zay! If you are reading this, you deserve a promotion for how well you handled a busy night shift that night. Me and and my wife were so blown away by your outstanding timing in regards to our food and immediate needs, such as refilling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed even as I continually got more Gnocchi soup. Your professionalism made a lasting impact on what I believe to be a good server/ dining experience. Thank you, and may God bless the rest of your days!

Tried placing an online order and was charged $50 without the order going through on their side. When i called the manager told me that that happens to them a lot and that my bank should figure it out for me cause they can’t do anything. The phone was nothing but static and would cut out every 15 seconds so even communicating the order over the phone was nearly impossible. The entire time I was not apologized to for the inconvenience or offered anything to make up for the waste of time and the difficulty of YOUR website. This whole experience ruined my evening and dinner so thank you Olive Garden for that.

Slow service, tasteless, soggy entrees. Can't speak for my wife's dish (although she did say the pasta in her fettuccine Alfredo was hard, either undercooked or had been sitting around dry for awhile), but my lasagna was terrible. Tasteless, unseasoned, inspired sauce, and my pasta was soggy. Either way overcooked or sitting in the water after being cooked, or possibly both. In any case, a frozen lasagna from Walmart would have been better. Won't go back.

Our server was nice so we had fun and the food was good. It was just a great time.😁
