Benny is the worst bartender I've ever seen. was not capable of taking orders for anyone around me. People missed their flight because he never put their order in.
Spends all of his time talking to other servers, zero time on customers.
He doesn't deserve this job or any job for that matter given his customer service skills.
Osteria, I consider you all a fine establishment, how do you let this happen for your customers?
We left full, happy, and already planning to return.
Best Airport old fashioned I have had! The food is alright though...
Service sucks! Sat at the bar for 10 min without even a hello! Did not stay!
Kelsie was an amazing bartender. Her energy encouraged me to stay and keep drinking and eating. I was able to relax and take my mind off of the anxiety of flying. She is an asset.
Foods okay but prices were too much for the food.
Kelsie (bartender) made the environment! She is the only one the entire place with personality and showed she loved what she did!!!! Kelsie is the best!!!
Don't bother with this place. Service stinks.
They say they're open at 7am, nope. They are not finished setting up.
I come here just to see Kelsie. She is an amazing bartender and is so full of positive energy. Kelsie is my most favorite bartender. I always look forward to seeing her at the airport and receiving amazing service.
Bought an $18 wagyu burger medium rare with some kind of blackberry ketchup stuff on it and it I got like a Walmart frozen burger with brown gravy all over it cooked well done. It was nasty. This place is waaaay over priced for the quality of food it brings out. I will never eat here again and I suggest you don't either. Oh and 12 dollars for a frigging domestic beer? Gtf out of here.

Do not get the Casio E Pepe. It’s nothing more than Alfredo sauce on spaghetti.

Sat down at 545. First thing out of bartender voice is last call 0630. We close in 30 minutes. Very confusing. Says been her since 10 am. Haha. Worked ann 8 hour day. And rude then entire time. Food was really good but go get another job if you are miserable. Be better. Our tab was $115 for 30 minutes. Could have made a good tip for your time.

A gem when it comes to airport food. Who would’ve thought one could get HOUSE-MADE PASTA at the airport?! My third time eating here on business from Chicago, the perfectly fresh & al dente noodles convinced my colleague that eating at the airport AFTER we landed instead of heading to Brick Town for lunch (our usual plan) was a great decision. The staff have always been friendly & accommodating, thinking ahead of what we needed to make our outbound flights with all necessary condiments, silverware, etc. See Susan @ the bar & Byron for great service.

Liquor prices are outrageous. Should be illegal! I could buy an entire bottle of Scotch for the price of two drinks. Not sure I've seen prices this high in ANY airport.
Food is great though.
