Food quality has declined along with service. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes to receive a to go order and it isn't because they are still preparing the food. You can tell the food has been sitting for a while.

My husband and I came here for dinner and were really disappointed. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo and my husband got the full rack of ribs. The salads came and the lettuce had a lot of dark brown and black pieces in them! The lettuce would not be fit for animals let alone people! The waitress was not attentive at all and seemed to be busy with her own issues rather than taking care of the tables she had. My steak was done to the temperature that I wanted, but it had a lot of gristle and fat. So the quality was not what I would expect from them. We told the waitress that we wanted to show the manager about the lettuce and she took the plate anyway and the manager didn't seem to be concerned about it at all. We won't be back to the Outback and wouldn't recommend it to others.

First time going back in 3 years. After that, experience ordered sirloin and shrimp sharp was not fresh. And the steak was very tough and hard to chew. I did not eat the steak.
No one ever asked me if everything was fine as I was leaving the 2 people at the door I told them, how about my steak? And all they said was, have a good night. They didn't seem to be concerned at all that I was unhappy.I learned my lesson I should have never gone back

We won't be back. Everything took forever, from ordering to getting our meals, which included cold fries and lukewarm mashed potatoes. Middle of the blooming onion was doughy. Server complained several times about how short staffed and busy they were. Steaks were cooked well, but that was too much money to only enjoy a portion of our order.

Came in on 1-1-25 and waited over 20 minutes with half the restaurant empty. Nobody was present to speak with at the front for long periods. Never got a table decided to take my business elsewhere. Terrible service

Thinks most of their customers are oblivious and will accept anything.
Riding the reputation built 10 to 20 years ago and doesn't care as long as it makes a profit.

The waitress we had (Shiria, not sure how to spell it. Pronounced shar-eye-ah) was extremely good. Better than most waiters or waitresses I've had at much nicer restaurants. Extremely good service.

I was supposed to pick up my door dash at 9:00 at 9:30 they come and tell me they’re out of prime rib (after 30 minutes of me already waiting…..) it’s now 9:37 and I still haven’t gotten my order. And I’m now I’m late for my order

I want to give a big shout out to the General Manager Brittany Rushton for making our lunch visit fantastic! She went above & beyond for me & my husband. And to make sure we were given the best experience possible. She definitely did her job & I personally think she should be given a promotion & raise.
If it weren't for her coming up to our table & checking up on us, this review wouldn't be the best.
So, we want to give a big shout-out & a huge thank you to Brittany Rushton for doing everything in her power to make our dining experience amazing & also to ensuring that our next visit will be good!

Got a slightly overcooked steak, and they insisted on fixing it. The replacement steak was great. I got a lot of good food.
