About this time of the year, every year, you guys decide to use a thinner plastic and the bottles bust. And now you're using a plastic for the cap that is almost difficult to open. I've been a fan of Ozarka bottled water for many years, but this is too much! Good bye Ozarka, hello Dasani???

This company does not honor their customers preference at all. They have excuses as to why they can’t deliver the correct product after the fact. If I ordered MVSW and we agreed on this why would you send me another product without consent?.I am a returning customer and this works have been my 2nd delivery And it’s an epic fail. The also couldn’t honor my precious contract with the OZARKA SPRING WATER. Once the contract expired I had them pick up their dispenser. Never kept the Spring water in stock.I was excited to find out they offered MCSW. Disappointed today when I saw OZARKA SPRING WATER.

The delivery guy is always friendly. The ladies in the office are awful! Sure wish they would teach them to speak with kindness and humility. They are abrasive, rude, and clearly either hate life or their job, or both.
