Good luck working with the nightmare billing department. The drivers deliver but don't leave an itemized ticket to show what was delivered or picked up. Countless incorrect delivered items or amounts. What is the whole point of having it delivered if I have to supervise every drop off/pickup?
I tried to set up for a cooler to be delivered and I just got off the phone with a lady who said she couldn’t help me because it’s too late in the day. Lol. Okay.
Great service, and water from an Oklahoma company! Plus, they didn't hassle anyone using their parking lot for the Thunder parade!

Received a call from David apologizing for the interaction that we experienced. He helped get us back on track with water delivery as he was able to see that we were not repeat offenders on being late on our bills. He listened and that was all we needed. There is also another young lady who helped me when my paperwork was not being received. She gave me an email address and within 5 minutes, it was resolved. I apologize for not writing her name down but she was awesome too. Thank you for doing the 1 thing customers need.....understanding and just plain listened with no judgement. Thats the customer service I was looking for.
Was with them for over 20 years. Unfortunately fell on hard times and $40 went to collections. We paid it immediately and now are being denied delivery. We have to drive to them if we want their water. No thank you. If this is how you treat LOYAL customers over 1 issue that was resolved quickly, then we don't want your service.
Clean. Not sanitizing the way we got our water brought to us across the street just made me think of all the germs that were collected on the lid because that one part that floats in the water I couldn't bring myself to drink any of that water when it got installed. I guess I should had removed my picture maybe I would had gotten a response.
NEW CUSTOMERS- DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE RECENT REVIEWS HERE AND ON YELP!!!! A hard credit check off the bat then tell me my bottles are a dollar higher than the original quoted price. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Many MANY customers stating the same thing as well as delivery and billing issues. Please do not make the same mistake I did and allow them to have my personal info for a simple water service. They will try to justify this with saying the equipment is expensive- but hey- you know where your customers live and if they don’t pay simply pick it up. But no, let’s run credit and deny initial quote pricing instead. Go to Culligan!!!!!
***Update*** Sales Manager, David, called me within a few hours of my interaction and said he listened to the call and apologized to me. I greatly appreciate his call...this is what great customer service is!
Delivery guy A+. The ladies in billing are rude, abrasive, and cut me off when I was talking. I brought the poor attitude and tone to the supervisor's attention and she replied that is just the way she talks. Looking back through other reviews, its seems like this has been the same experience with others. Maybe the phone calls should be recorded. This is a family owned business and if I owned it, I would want to hear how they speak to CUSTOMERS.
All have been so great, but recently the cardboard that the bottles stand on we'er so thin, bottles dropped down from the wrapping rolling on the floor. Thank You

I have water delivered. My delivery man, Mike, is great! I have the warranty on my cooler and the one time I needed service Keith and Kyle were on the time schedule they gave me and fixed my issue. It's nice to know there is still good customer service.
Trash company changed the bottle sizes made it harder to do my job... go back to regular bottles.. half a damn cardboard box also wth
