This was a place to look forward to in the past. Portions smaller, menu reduced and restaurant is in need of a remodel.

Our visit to Changs was very good. The host staff and wait staff were verry attentive to our table. The food was fresh and as described. It was a great value for the service delivered

This night me and my coworkers had the most incredible and ridiculous service at PF Changs Oklahoma City. The guys just didn’t serve us alcohol because he said, by law, that he could serve only for American citizens, that was required to have American identification. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. I travel the whole US, the only requirement I always had was a proof of my legal age. It was clear that the manager didn’t know the basic of his job. Never again.

PFChans has fallen far from grace, im sorry to say. It's so hard to be negative about a restaurant that I have loved for decades. And maybe it just the OKC location? I hadn't been in this lication 5 years cause it's out of the way n my last experience was pretty negative. But I told a friend how great their food is n figured let the past go, maybe just a fluke. Nope! A party of ten for a birthday of said friend. First off, large parties are set in a hallway where servers and patrons crowd past you. We kind of laughed it off n soon was busy in chit chat as you would expect. Well one if the gang got a singing birthday gram for the birthday girl. It was what you would expect, cheesy but fun. About 6 minutes into it the guy was wrapping up with happy birthday when the manager pops up, interrupts and asks if we were wrapping it up soon. That was such a mood killer. The whole table looked stunnec. When the birthday gram left we asked our server to bring us the manager. We told him that was really rude and a mood killer. He gave the 'I apologize' followed by a speach if how he has a job to do and it's difficult and that he had three complaints. I call bullshit, but maybe? I did get the pleasure to ask if PF Changs had become so upscale why were we sitting in a walkway n why were we missing napkins n silverware? Now after that, our server really stepped up n took great care of us, hats off to her. The manager did comp the appetizers as an apology. Tonight was embarrassing to me personally cause I raved on this place. The food quality was middle of the road. My crisp honey shrimp came in lumps of 2 or three shrimp and it was still mushy coating in the center if the clump. I will say my PF Changs Los Angeles, Santa Monica experoence in the last few years are always a great time with great service and food quality and always has a great vibe. OKC felt like I was in timeout at grandma n granpas Sunday afternoon coffee shop. I'm pretty pissed and bummed at the same time because it used to be my go to for a exciting restaurant experience. OKC i wont be back n Mr rude manager I am going to write corporate as you so valiently suggested. Looking at other reviews prior to writing this I find others for this location have said similar things. Maybe we point that out to corporate as well, sir.
My wife and I have been here several times and have ordered something different each time. We have yet to be disappointed by anything there. The wait staff and kitchen staff are all amazing.
