We recently dropped in on a Thursday evening. The two girls who were working were very helpful and provided great customer service with free samples and suggestions. We had 2 different kinds of gelato, 2 kinds of canoli and the orange creamsicle shake. They were all very good. I highly recommend visiting!
Worst gelato purchase ever! Ordered chocolate, and was served a soupy mix that was not as thick or cold as pudding. When I asked for frozen, I was told that THIS was how gelato was supposed to be served. Asked for a refund, and was told no refunds. Threw it in the trash.If you want to drink your gelato buy here.

If you ever go to penn square mall , you must try the gelato place . They have such good varieties of ice cream and their iced caramel latte is my favorite. The staff and their service is so good. 100% recommended.

these place is so good if you are into coffee and latte. I always go to this place for my everyday coffee . The service and staff of this place is awesome . Also if you love ice-cream, I would say your favorite place is going to be this place. I would suggest you to try this place , its worth it.

Friendly workers but the gelato was terrible. Half of the flavors were melted. Gelato was runny and lukewarm, and the pistachio was overly sweet on top of that. And the location is in the middle of the mall so you have to find parking and walk through the whole mall to get there so not worth it.
Just ordered some shakes and cheesecake bites. The cheesecake bites were good! Perfect little serving but the armareta black cherry shake tasted like watered down milk and cream. If you want a rich shake you're better off going to Braums. Much cheaper too.
