After reading negative reviews, we hesitated going but we're very glad we did. Upon arriving we saw that it was clean on the outside and clean on the inside. First visit to this location and the line in the drive thru wasn’t long. The person who took my order was friendly and made sure everything was correct before giving me my total. I was pleased with the portion size on my meal . My food was also hot and fresh which is always a good thing.
I want to commend Sergio for his outstanding service! My initial interaction with another staff member was unfortunately quite unpleasant and, frankly, rude. However, Sergio handled the situation with such professionalism and grace. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and his efforts were truly appreciated. His dedication to ensuring my happiness seemed effortless, thanks to his calming and kind demeanor. It was a wonderful contrast to my earlier experience....
