Panda Express

They make a lot of mistakes when they give you your order and then when you try to tell them about so they can replace the item they combative. They just tell you to call corporate when they can easily fix their mistakes. My kids and I are not going back to this place, and we live 2 minutes away.

Ordered a plate on drive thru and when I got back to eat it there is an embarrassing amount of noodles in here. It’s all cabbage. I would’ve driven back if I wasn’t 25 minutes away. I won’t be coming here again

Can’t even get the right stuff I ordered AND PAYED for 6 of the apple rolls and only got one (didnt notice until I get home)

Seems to really be falling off. Noodles were bland, the terryaki chicken reminded me of my exes forskin. And even the egg role was burnt, like how😂. There are so many more other Chinese places to go so pls avoid this nasty food.

The best thing about Panda Express is that you know what you are going to get when you walk through the door, not just here in Oklahoma but across the country. This particular store gad friendly staff who took my order promptly and served up exactly what I ordered. The quality is good and it is fairly priced.

Terrible customer service. Have been going to this particular panda for years and have had aweful customer services both times. Manager and employee accused me of stealing before getting the facts. I hope this review will help other customers to watch out for this type of behavior by their employees.

I called this location last night to see if the could cook more beef and broccoli cause they said they didn’t have much left and said they weren’t allowed to cook because they was an hour away from closing. Not sure how true this is but very disappointed.

Bro I don’t even know what to tell you, half the time I go here it’s great, half the time it’s garbage. Roll the dice and hope for the best I suppose 🤷‍♂️

They have always given a military discount. Today I was informed they don't do that anymore. I will not be coming back to panda.

I never really leave reviews but the food was was so nasty that I couldn't even eat it. I'll never eat at the place again. The biggest waste of my money that I ever spent on food and definitely wasn't worth it. The food that I received wasn't even fresh. The veggie spring rolls tasted old, so did the Chow mein, the orange chicken, broccoli beef, and the honey sesame chicken breast. Also the staff were so unwelcoming and rude.

My family had been looking forward to our dinner on friday night all week. When I arrived at the Panda Express location in south Oklahoma City just after 5pm this evening, I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone asked me for my order. I was then told that this location did not have any grilled teriyaki chicken. I immediately grabbed my phone & called the Panda Express in Moore, OK (the next closest location to my home) to check if they had any grilled teriyaki chicken and placed an order before driving to my new favorite Panda Express location because they saved my family's dinner tonight!
