The place was really busy, so I went through the drive thru. The wait was long and car started acting up 🫤. So I got out of line and went into the store. Lay told me they cancelled my order and I needed to reorder. OK, so I'm standing in line and they passed me by twice and by this time the line got long again. I asked why they kept passing me by and the manager told me to go to the back of the line. I said no, she thought I cut in the line but I didn't and the other lady said I should have placed my order and I told her I was trying to place an order.
They finally took my order and then made me wait and wait. One of the staff was apologizing, but the manager and first Lady were incredibly rude. Seriously, I tried to not be confrontational but I had to stand my ground with the manager. So so rude! I will not go back to this place even for my sister! 🤔

It's one of her favorite restaurants 🫤.

We have been there many times and more often than not, the order is wrong. This time they gave us two orange chicken bowls when we ordered one orange chicken and one green bean chicken. Additionally, the egg rolls were over done.

I ordered my food thur the web site I went to the location to pick it up when I went inside I got in the line there where 2 people in front of me once they where done putting in there order it was my turn they guy completely ignored me and proceeded to ask the person behind me what he wanted to order not even giving a chance to tell him I was here to pick up. He didn’t acknowledge me for the rest of my visit. so I had to just go to the front and tell the girl I had a Mobile order. I love eating here this time unfortunately was a unpleasant experience.

It's hard to enjoy my food when they forget to include my sauce everytime! And no, im not gonna check before i leave, I shouldn't have to check my order for something so simple. Do better Panda.
