So with this new Penny thing what panda is doing is marking the price up and calling it a donation I was just supposed to pay $10.86 they went ahead and marked it up to 10.90 and called it a donation instead of marking it down one penny to 10.85

This is the WORST restaurant in OKC. The employees have the WORST attitude. The food is never ready. It’s always over 20min wait for food here. It doesn’t matter how many months in between visits the service is always the same. No food ready and nasty attitudes. Yuck

Honestly, just save your money and go somewhere else. After many chances I am just done. The food is decentl but the service is horrible and portions are a joke. I got the broccoli beef and literally had 4 pieces of broccoli and 5 pieces of meat and this was after asking for extra meat because they always skimp on the protein. Management doesn't care so don't waste your time trying to say anything.

I shorted the cashier on accident a dollar and he didn’t even say anything. I slipped a dollar next to the register. Staff and service was the best I have had in years. Thank You and God bless everyone who works for this company. Thank you for the kind service.

I go here all the time…. This is the 2nd time where I got I text saying my food was ready and it wasn’t, I only have 30min lunch break so I place all my orders online… was In the drive through almost 20 mins… then when I went in there my food still wasn’t ready and the worker had an attitude… if this is how your customer service treats customers I should call HR… very disappointed no manager was here to speak to

I went there on Saturday 06-14-25 @ 10:45 am place my order and gave a $100 bill and they didn't have any change and I was told it will take them 20 minutes to get the change. This is just pathetic for such a large organization. Very disappointing.
