First time here for me. Very busy location. Ok food. May be understaffed causing long waits. They were all filling drive through and door dash orders. No one was helping walk in customers. Line got long all the way out the door before a person started helping with the instore customers. It wasn't like the employees were standing around doing nothing, they were all running like crazy to take care of the orders just short on people to do it all. Food was ok but to me it had a lot of oil on it. Honey walnut shrimp were great.
Food was undercooked and by the time I got home I wasn't able to drive all the way back so I cooked it on my stove. Teryaki chicken was literally pink.When I walked in three were 5 people behind the counter and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. A nice lady who was sweeping came over and asked me if I needed help and she gave me my online order from behind the counter where FIVE people were standing there gossiping. I haven't been to this location before, (I40 and MacArthur) I will not come here again. I recommend the NW EXPRESSWAY location instead.

Just spent $30, no sweet and sour sauce, no tea, no Dr Pepper. Everything was empty, napkins, straws! The young people working here acted as if they couldn't care less. A very poorly managed location!

Visited during late dinner rush, drive thru was busy. Went inside the store, employees were welcoming.
If the restaurant opens at 10:00 am, that means all food should be prepared and ready to serve. Not just a few items.

Worst Panda. I will stop going to this location they never have White rice or fried rice ready and don’t order online. First time I order online and when I got there asking for my online order the cashier walked away and then kind of started my order and then came back to me and said we are out of white rice it will be like a 35 min wait on white rice but let me get a manager for you. The manager a Hispanic girl that looked like 12 said we don’t have white rice. So I will cancel your order and walk away. They both walk away and just ignore me like 2 idiots. Never going back to this location they are always out of something but they did had 3 employees sitting down taking a break at the same time.

Put in a mobile order at 9:26 pm store doesn't close till 10:00pm and get to the store at 9:43pm and get told sorry we're closed very un professional and rude. And ordered fried rice but was told we don't have it.
