Went to this location at 6 pm tues. Waited in line to order drive thru. I finally ordered. Waiting again for quite awhile. I get to the window and they tell me no white steamed rice for an hour would i like fried or anything else. I said no thank you and left. #1 No rice at 6pm dinner hours. #2 why did you not say something about no white rice when i ordered that. Perhaps Lack of management. Not sure? but, a total waste of 30 minutes in the heat. Not good business.

This Panda Express location is absolutely HORRIBLE. It’s despicable how they made us wait just to order over 45 mins in a drive thru with 2 cars in front me. Stuck in line like a rat in a cage that can never escape. No way for me to back out or pull around. This place is so bad I wish google had a 0 star rating option. It’s so bad I’m actually considering to hop the curb just so I can leave. Horrible service I would not recommend to come here unless you got hours to waste away. Jeez I might even expire before even get the chance to order my food. I was so enraged that I ending up leaving without even ordering. Horrible waste of my time. I could’ve been cooking a meal at home instead of wasting an hour in a drive thru after work when I’m just hungry and tired:

Waited in line for over 45 mins with only 3 cars in front of me this is the worse and slowest service I’ve ever received from any location will not be back if someone has a large order have them pull up and bring it out to them. Plus u can’t get out of line at all.

Food is great but man EVERY time the customer service is TERRIBLE. no greeting. Ignored for 5 minutes. Like the last 5 visits I'm literally the only customer waiting and in the entire Lobby and not a single employee will come up to me for at least 5 minutes. Like is there no training ? 🤣

My fried rice was not done when I called to seek replacement rice the lady was very hostile and told me,that there's nothing that their store can do about it. So by the time I made a U turn and back to the store site the guy that rung my food up was leaving and the hostile phone lady had already left as well I was not far from the store either so that was weird. There was no manager on site for me to speak with so idk how this store is being properly ran. So by this time I just want my money back the store refused to give me back my money of 32.59 I paid in cash so there for I will no longer support this trifling unmanaged location again this was my 1st time here and will be my last! GET A MANAGER FOR YOUR STORE! This store don't deserve the 1 star

I'm trying to figure out why I was charged 2.50 for a water. Thats upsurd and crazy smh. Alot of other fast food restaurants dont charge that much for a water, ridiculous. I know not to buy water there again. These fast food places now are just getting out of hand.

Cool lunch spot and I'm assuming orange chicken was good (daughter ate it all at school) and when i finally could taste it i did not get sauce for the teriyaki chicken, but super greens were crisp and fresh and noodles were good.

Consistently inconsistent. Everything i go they either forget something (if you get cheese rangoons you will have to remind them), make the food poorly (last time the chow mein was like 90% cabbage) or are insanely slow (waited like 30 minutes). Very annoying, would not recommend.
