Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately I live near this lousy excuse of a fast food restaurant and I love Panda Express but I’m never coming to this one anymore.The drive thru line always takes 30-45 minutes no matter how many cars. (Which idk how that’s humanely possible, don’t they just scoop food into a styrofoam container?)Also they are ALWAYS out of half the menu options. Every time I’ve came they have been out of 1 of the 2 choices I get.
If I could give them a lower rating I would! Terrible service, they never have food prepared, and they can't count change. I'll never go to this location again for them to make me late to work and not even have food to serve. This is every time I go, nothing is ready

The employees don't have any knowledge of the food they're selling. Can't answer simple questions regarding the dishes. Overpriced for the quality honestly.

I really like the honey walnut shrimp, string bean chicken and chow mein noodlesAll dishes are pretty good and window service was great.
They take a long time to serve take-out, and they never have any dishes, and the Chinese lady who is serving is very young. The worst panda express I've ever seen

I placed a mobile order so I could get in and out, purposely showed up after the estimated ready time so it would be ready— I get there, and my food’s ready, but it’s not on the shelf.. there’s three workers standing around my food talking, then they disperse and I’m ignored while customers are waited on around me. I understand helping customers on a first come first serve basis but obviously I am staring at the packaged food sitting behind the counter, wondering why it’s not on the pick up shelf ?? Common sense ?
I have never had a bad experience here. The only thing I don't like is, sometimes you have to wait for food to be cooked which I have waited up to 15 minutes after my pick up should've been ready. Other than that, great food, people and atmosphere.

Food was bland except for teriyaki chicken. We waited for the egg rolls to get done, and then they forgot about us. Tables were dirty and they were not busy.
