I’m actually quite offended by the food they provided, I ordered a plate combo, green bean chicken and beef broccoli with noodles. First of all the noodles are not cooked long enough like it should, second where are my beef and chickens. All I see was 4 pieces of small meat. I will provide photo below but when I said offended it’s because my parents use to own Chinese restaurants this is like telling me, my parents didn’t need to work half as hard and can sell trash food to public and still make a good living.
Side note this is around 6:15 pm you can’t be running low on food and quality.

Uncooked chow mein add no vegetables in them. And the Beijing beef was still good

Ya I’m done with this place. Literally stop here every other day, and something is always messed up. Tonight I ordered black pepper steak and they gave me a box full of shrimp which I’m wildly allergic to. I know mistakes happen, but shouldn’t happen that much. This one sealed it for me we’re not going back

This place is the worst! Always out of food, staff are unfriendly, disorganized, and horrible attitudes. They should be fired!
Save your $$ find another location.

Went to this Panda Express today for lunch. I ordered through the drive through a large coke and a small sprite. I get to the window and they hand me a large sprite instead of a small. So I politely said that the sprite is supposed to be a small. Which something this small and should’ve been a quick fix turned into a whole hassle going back and forth w the window lady about what I was charged as opposed to what I asked for. It was not so much about the charge it was about bringing home a large drink to my small child who would’ve only spilled the drink. The lady kept acting as though she couldn’t or didn’t want to change the price and give me what I actually ordered. Such a waste of my time and money. Because she refused to change the price or correct the order I paid for a large but had to leave with a small because like I said it was for a small child. It’s so minuscule but inconvenient and overall just a bad customer service experience. Instead of repeating the same thing to me such as “oh well she charged you for a large” the lady at the window could’ve explained etc as to why the order couldn’t be rectified to reflect what I originally ordered. But in reality the lady at the window seemed as though she was just being lazy and didn’t want to do the extra work to fix the order and charge me for what I ordered and not what the drive through lady misheard.

Corporation that spent good money to serve cold food. The lady stated that they did a temp check, and it's 130 degrees on the line. Equipment may be hot, but food is cold, and she offered no solution. Bogus.
I have been to this location twice and both times they wanted me to wait 6 to 7 minutes for either rice or chow mein. One of the times was literally at Noon! Knowing that every customer is going to be getting these sides how could they not be prepared? This sounds like a management issue. Preperation is key to any business being successful. Other than that the staff are nice. My orange chicken was really soggy and didnt sit well though so I probably wouldnt come back. Hopefully the new location on portland is better.

Never has chow mein after 8pm but are open until 12pm
I'd give negative stars if I could. Ordered from her to deliver 3 times. Every time, it is missing an order. Told I would be refunded, never happens. Now waiting in the store for the missing items for 15min.

I’m so sick and tired of ordering teriyaki chicken and only getting the chicken without any sauce. It’s in the name of the entree. If I wanted grilled chicken I would have ordered grilled chicken. This happens at every Panda Express I go to. It’s not hard to grab sauce packets and put them in the bag! I even asked before I pulled to the window. And yet still no sauce.

Apparently, nobody at this particular restaurant knows how to properly read an order. Ordered (and paid for) a dozen spring rolls for delivery, got 2. Went through delivery service and reordered... got 2 again. If you are going to try this place, good luck and hope you recieve what you order!

They couldn't get an order correct if they were getting paid to do so. Seriously ridiculous.
