This location is almost always busy, especially at night. Every time I've gone there's been at least 7 cars in line, that being said they're extremely quick for how many people are there.
My 5 stars are for the young man in back shirt that came up from the back to help me. It was in the evening, and I had a mixup on my purchases and ended up paying for rice 2x. He quickly figured it out and offered to resolve it. I was happy with his attitude and appreciated the effort he made to figure out what happened. The food was consistent, I get the same thing every time. But his service stood out to me. Didn't catch his name, but he was tall! I'll come...

The beijing beef, on the other hand, was incredibly mediocre. In fact, it was pretty darn bad! It made my stomach feel funny upon the first bite.
The atmosphere is alright. A bit louder than I think it needs to be, but nothing to note.
