This Panda Express was not delicious. The food tasted old and burnt, and the meat was very chewy. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. I felt sick. I would usually not say this, but somebody should fix this fast.

Made my order, multiple plates. They had a new item I’ve never seen before. I asked for literally 1 piece so I could taste it. They said “NO… we don’t do samples”. Thats fine, cheap as hell. They couldn’t have been bigger jerks about it is the problem. Service would be zero stars if I could. Made the atmosphere a zero as well. I know the manager won’t respond well to this review either because she’s always rude when we come in. Pathetic. No wonder this place has bad reviews.

Worst drive thru experience. The girl taking our order was beyond rude. We asked if it was possible to get chow mein without vegetables, put in our order and she stopped talking. After 20-30 seconds my wife asked if she was still there and she said something snarky. We pulled up to the window and asked who took our order. She said the “girl who just went on break.” it was the same voice followed by”ok bye”. We got home, opened the container and the food was like this, with a bunch of brown pieces of lettuce and a pile of onions that almost outnumbered the noodles. Going straight in the garbage because I’m afraid that there is a high probability something else may have been done to it.

Why would you close down your entire kitchen 40 minutes before your store closes? Frustrated to drive all the way over there and not be able to get food.
Great customer service got treated well and respectfully the young lady that helped me her name was Karla she was very attentive and kind great experience overall and the food was fresh and delicious!!

It was a to go order…but the person that assisted me when I picked up our food was very helpful and friendly. I did not think that the chow mein noodles were quite done so I didn’t think they were that great. Also, I’ve been to other panda express locations that have larger portions, so that was my expectation level. Regardless, I’ll likely go back and give them another chance.
