I use to be a frequent Panda snob, but unfortunately, I started feeling like they were drastically going downhill. No matter what location, out of state, anything they all started to suck to me. Tonight, I visit the Rockwell location to give it a try after going a year and a half without eating it. Let me tell you, great service and terrific, hot, fresh food was given to me! They've definitely restored my faith in Panda! Hopefully that kind of quality is here to stay!!!

First time ever! Service was friendly, dine in area clean, ordering of food simple and organized (they were patient with me lol) and the fried rice with the steak and peppers was AMAZING especially with the mandarin teriyaki sauce. That sauce will be a must with any entree I get!!!

Ordered in the drive thru and got a plate with sesame shrimp and Beijing beef. Only problem is I received only 3 pieces of shrimp. Ordering shrimp is already 1.50 extra! And for that you get three pieces? Unacceptable. If you’re giving samples of the shrimp, don’t make people pay extra for it.

This Panda Express was not delicious. The food tasted old and burnt, and the meat was very chewy. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. I felt sick. I would usually not say this, but somebody should fix this fast.

Made my order, multiple plates. They had a new item I’ve never seen before. I asked for literally 1 piece so I could taste it. They said “NO… we don’t do samples”. Thats fine, cheap as hell. They couldn’t have been bigger jerks about it is the problem. Service would be zero stars if I could. Made the atmosphere a zero as well. I know the manager won’t respond well to this review either because she’s always rude when we come in. Pathetic. No wonder this place has bad reviews.
