Cecilia's customer service is amazing. This woman really knows how to serve and treat customers so that they want to come back. The food was delicious although a bit pricey. Thank you, Cecilia. Your attitude and kindness really made the difference.

Cecilia is extremely rude and chose to argue and have an attitude immediately in front of everybody in line and dining in when I asked if she could put more chicken. (Only gave 4 pieces) she was not professional at all and in front of the manager chase as he did nothing or even comment as he just watched.
Friendly helpful service. Great food

Food is fine, but staff were rude. had to tell them multiple time to correct our orders, which ones were seperate, etc. Went at 950pm and they were already closing the registers and the fountains well over an hour before close. Will not be returning.

Places like this is why we should be able to rate ZERO stars.1) The girl shoved the bag at me and says, 'straws in the bag' and then slams the window shut and walks off. But the worst part was the food. i ordered the 'bigger plate' thinking this will be a lot of food. over 11 bucks and doesnt come with a drink. beef n brocolli - there was 1 piece of beef and about 8 pieces of brocoli, kung pao chicken - awful, almost no chicken, the chicken seemed off, orange chicken - not very good. and the worst part.. TINY TINY TINY PORTIONS. this place has been going down hill since they started. i will never be coming back to panda express anywhere. it is a total rip off, low quality food, low quality service. heavily over priced with TINY PORTIONS. OH, and i ordered a dr pepper.. it was disgusting because they hadn't put in a new dr pepper box. it was almost all carbonation.

All menu items were available without having to wait for anything to be made. My best friend loved her spicy dish and my order was fresh.

Never had a great experience at this location. Food is good but the staff is disorganized and I always have to wait for my food and they often get the order wrong.

Funny how the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. But what's even funnier is the g<y serving you acting like he is adding more food to your container when he is not. Just give me my food and let me move on. Ain't nobody has time for this.
I usually go to the other Panda on NW 23, I was hoping that this one was better.
I mean, prices are not cheap, for a couple more bucks. I can go to an Asian buffet and enjoy 20 times more food.
I think, I should stay away from these places anyway and support other mom and pop restaurants, they need my business way more.

The food is good, the only thing I don't like is that there is no good system to serve you quantities, they follow you a lot and you eat very little.
Girl at the window had an attitude VERY rude .

Nice and clean. However, they give really small portions size.
