The pizza was out of the site it was so delicious the crust with crunchy and for the sauce, it was zesty and delicious And a salad unique but it was very good.

Great service! The workers, especially Eric, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were completely satisfied with our order! We had went through the drive through but then decided to come in and wait for the food, when we walked in he immediately offered us a pastry for the wait. Such a thoughtful thing to do and very much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

I really love coming here and getting the French onion soup with a couple extra baguettes. I order online and pick up in restaurant. So easy so good and even though its online orders and I hardly speak to anyone they remembered me

I ordered online for car pickup. I had foot surgery recently so easier than going into get my order. When I got there I called the number and the girl that answered was curt and as I was trying to give my name she hung up. I waited 10 minutes and called back. The lady that answered was much more polite. I explained and she apologized and promptly brought my food out. I did not use my app since I had ordered from my work computer and didn't remember my work login. Employees need to be polite on the phone. Train them please.

Consistently mediocre service. I have never gotten an order here that's correct. My coworkers and I keep giving them chances but end up calling and speaking to managers every time. It's not hard to mess up people's orders because they are NEVER in a hurry, so I know it's just a lack of attention. I hope they improve because I love panera and want to enjoy soup without a fork.

Went through the drive thru and had to correct the lady 3 times on what drink I had ordered. I even explained what color the drink was suppose to be and they still gave me the wrong drink to where I gave up on correcting them because it took so long to correct it each time. Either they fail to communicate with the patrons on what they have and don't have, or they don't know their own menu items. To top it off, they completely forgot there was another drink with the order, which was the wrong size, lengthen our already extended waiting time. Not a very organized or professional location to go to.
