Placed a $50 to go order through the app, including 6 everything bagels. When I got to the drive through to pick it up, they told me they were out of the everything bagels, but that they could make more, but it would take about 7 minutes. I said that I’d placed my order 20 minutes ago, so why didn’t they make the bagels at that time. The guy said they thought they had 6 everything bagels at that time. There were other things that were unavailable, although the app let me pay for the entire order, and didn’t indicate that they were out of anything. One of the salads I got was made with huge, dense chunks of the yellow core of a lettuce head, and they were brown and slimy - obviously very old. I asked for a receipt for the refund of the items that they were out of. The guy said he couldn’t give me that. He asked if I’d ordered it through my account. I said yes. He said I’d be emailed a final receipt within a short while. I checked my email and said I hadn’t received it. He said it would take 10-20 minutes. It’s been 6 hours and I haven’t received it.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Big mistake! I pulled in at 6:13 with 5 cars in front of me. My order was expected to be ready at 6:20, it is now 6:43 and I’m still in the drive thru, two cars back and each car is taking 7 to 10 mins to move up!

Do not order food here! My sandwich came out very soggy despite asking for it to be toasted well done when initially ordering. They attempted to re-toast it, but it was made worse - fell apart in my hands when trying to eat it. I might as well have ordered a salad!!! I had to go back to the counter 3 times while dining in, as they forgot to give me silverware, my drink, and chips that were part of the order! Worst tasting Panera I've been to hands down! Also they never clean the tables, they were so nasty!

The new recipe is like eating a plain croissant. At 7.38 this move seems Shady. You can do better Panera bread.
