The service at this location is horrendous!! When going through the drive thru it takes between 15 to 20 min to get what you order. Most of the time you sit at the menu board for a minimum of five min before someone takes your order and this is when it’s not busy! Fix it or close the doors because this is pathetic, is poor management and something needs to change.

The WORST food I've ever eaten!! I spent over $30 for a meal that made me sick and caused Diarra for 2 days straight!! I want my money back!! I wouldn't suggest this location to ANYONE!! Really disappointed. Ordered the fuji apple chicken salad as a pick 2 with sandwich. Not one piece of chicken in the salad. $14 for some lettuce and dehydrated apple is unbelievable. Not driving 12 miles round trip to have it corrected. The whole point of a drive thru is to pick it up and go home; not turn around and make another trip. By that time the food is all cold. Is it really that hard to read an order and make it as ordered instead of shorting your customer? Do better.
DO NOT waste your money on their new French dip, it’s god awful. The meat is dry and tough, cheese is barely noticeable and they add a disgusting mustard sauce that makes absolutely no sense on a French dip. The only redeeming quality would be the au jus… But, I got less than an 1/8c. for a whole sandwich. What’s the point of that??! $16 for nothing edible 😡 If ur looking for a really delicious French dip, Firehouse Subs has a new one that’s magnificent! Great bread, beef is still pink and seasoned well, plenty of cheese and caramelized onions, and delicious au jus and all on garlic bread 🥰

However, can this location please resolve the consistent problem their “rapid” drive-thru pick-up has? Every single time I’ve tried to pick-up through their drive-thru, it never fails that someone is waiting (for an extended period of time) on an order that was *just* placed at the order-box.
Please offer these customers the chance to pull forward and park? Or, remove the option to pick-up through the window, because this isn’t working how it is intended…

I ordered 2 Asiago bagels this AM and they didn't taste fresh. I thought that they were baked daily? Apparently not. The service and decor are ok but nothing special. Considering the bagel quality. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Just being honest.

We came in late at night and yet they took good care of us. Our food was superb and the bread was crusty. What more could you ask for? Oh ya, we also picked up a couple sweets for breakfast!
