Panera Bread

I've eaten and enjoyed Panera's bagels for several years, today, first time ordering other food. I bought a tosted sandwich, could not chew the bread. Way to hard. I had to put the ingredients on some bread I had at home to eat what I had. Very disappointed, won't ever order anything other than bagels.

Manger is so incredibly rude. I get the Mac and cheese and it was so gross, the cheese was clumpy and old and when I asked for a remake she yelled at me. Absolutely horrible

I usually order on the app and have my food delivered and this is the 2-3rd time I order extra dressing and it gets delivered with zero dressing.. and then they wanna ask me if I want to come pick some up. Obviously, if I’m ordering delivery, it’s for a reason… just really frustrated with it.

Great food as always! But drive thru was having some sort of off day or something. The girl at the drive thru window didn’t seem to happy with how the morning started, I began the order with a refresher and a box of bagels. She didn’t place them in a box and was thrown in the bag (I understand that materials run out and that’s ok) but when I bring them to work they were uncut and just presented as wholes. I don’t know if she took it out on the order or what but the service was terrible. Food great as always.

This used to be an outstanding restaurant. Now the decor looks old and dated and in need of a remodel. The service is TERRIBLE! To go orders are seldom right. App orders are seldom ready at the promised time. And there is seldom anyone working to serve orders when they're ready. Never an apology... simply acts like you're inconveniencing them. It's now a very sad place.

Panera's coffee is always a little acidic tasting, but everything is great other than that.

Absolutely perfect as far as a Panera goes only issue is with a manager under the name of Jen or Jennifer blonde shorter stature lady has caused arguments with me called me names made accusations that I was stealing products I paid for then was told that she just has to make sure I'm not a thief and if you look on Yelp not just Google review you will see her listed by her first name as well causing many other issues with many other customers at the same location if Panera bread had any common sense they would either get rid of her as a manager or send her to some type of schooling that can teach her how to be appropriate in a work environment to actually give some helpful advice though about this location they could make the drink bar a little bit better so it's not so hectic around lunch time and dinner time it's almost impossible to find the spot and not get ran through from people trying to take their meals to their seats and everything in between if they had a bigger drink service area with all of the sugars coffees and whatnot it would make it tremendously easily easier I also don't disagree with high school students getting jobs but it really makes this place a mess when there are only two adults and the other 98% of the staff is high school teenagers

Tried out the new potato soup. Have to say I am not impressed. It’s more like Asiago/parmesan cheese soup with a few very tiny pieces of potato. Smells like dirty feet. I ate as much as I could stand. Just overall not a good potato soup.
