I ordered a cherry pastry with my meal for delivery. Instead of calling to inform they were out of cherry, they just put in an almond pastry. I will go into anaphylactic if I eat almonds. It cannot stand as a replacement for fruit.
Sandwich was good, but realize people order specific things not just for taste but necessity.

Ordered soup in a bread they put very old and smashed bread. And hibiscus tea was water taste water only color was red

Quality of the food has recently declined due to a change in the bread and bagels. The cinnamon crunch bagels are literally hamburger buns dusted with sugar. The coffee is still great though.

They DO NOT support the military on Veterans Day. Panera corporate offers military discounts, but this store refuses to help and honor those who serve.

Just slowly going downhill, constantly removing popular items, cutting portions, and raising prices. Seems as though owners are deliberately driving the entire chain into the ground. We don't go there half as often as we once did, and I don't see that trend reversing anytime soon.
