Leaving one star SOLEY due to the pothole that destroyed my tire with my very upset 11 week old in the car. I spent 10 minutes in my car after calming him down, and in that time, FOUR PEOPLE hit the same pothole. I just got really unlucky I guess. Apparently, this happens often, and the landlord or property manager doesn't get it fixed correctly because it will end up the same way just about the same time every year. I have their information and will be reaching out to speak with someone about their terrible parking lot.

Overall, a pleasant to-go experience. The food is wonderful, if not a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Got some muffins, but we didn't stay long enough to give it anything but nice.

The service was excellent! The serving size for the price for a full-size salad is terrible. The hard boiled eggs in the salad were also leathery.

Had nice, easy lunch after a funeral. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My croque croissant was delicious.

Panera has become one of my favorite spots to write, work, and recharge. As a Sip Club member, I love being able to grab unlimited drinks while I settle in for a few focused hours. The atmosphere is typically relaxed and just the right balance of quiet and energy—it’s easy to stay productive without feeling isolated.

The staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re there for a long time. Whether I’m grabbing a drink refill or ordering lunch, they’re friendly and efficient every time.

When I do order food, it’s consistently delicious. The menu has that fresh, wholesome vibe that makes you feel like you’re making a healthy choice—and most of the time, you are. I’ll admit the prices feel a bit high for what you get, but the quality and experience make it worth it for me.

Overall, big fan. Panera has become my go-to workspace away from home, and between the great drinks, good food, and welcoming environment, it’s hard to beat.

This is not a knock on Panera as a brand. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Significant difference in quantity and quality. Not worth the price if the workers don't take it seriously. I never leave reviews. I cannot recommend against this location more.

Panera is important to visit as a living museum of 'shitification of a brand.' They built a great reputation with good food at a good value... Then raised their prices... Then replaced the food with lower quality and smaller portions. Now they're in the 'milking the brand for all the good will they can' phase of decline before they sell it off.

My breakfast sandwich was cold.
