Panera Bread

VERY overpriced! I will NOT go back!

It was late on a cold Saturday night and we needed soup! We were traveling and do not have a Panera locally so a quick Google search revealed that they should still be open and soup was definitely on the menu. The process of getting our order was a little confusing because it was all new to us, but as more people came in behind us, it was easy to recognize that they were familiar with the process and how quickly they got their food. The soup was delicious!! We will be traveling again this week and I hope that we find another Panera along the route!

On 11-24-24 I placed an order at the drive through for one sandwich and one bakery item. I was the second car in line at the pick up window. I sat there for 15 minutes, watching for any movement from the window to the car in front of me. Finally the employee took his card and then handed it back, but it was another 5-8 minutes before the customer received his order. By this time there were three more cars behind me, but unfortunately there is no way to ‘escape’ once you get in this line. I was informed by the young man that they were short staffed, so even though I wanted to speak to the manager I opted to spare those behind me the extra wait. But THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. This is not the first time the wait time has been unusually long at this store. It is time to solve this problem.

I less the lane is empty, don't use drive thru for pickup it will be far faster to get it from the inside counter.

The employee Grayson was amazing! Made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit and was very friendly and welcoming! also opened the door for when we walked in! :)

LOVE all their yummy salads, soups, and sandwiches!! Big selection. Nice bakery choices too.

Jose, who works in the Rapid pickup area and back kitchen area, is always so kind and attentive to repeat customers by remembering their names and orders. He always has our sip club cups ready to go when we come in! We really appreciate his hard work and enjoy eating at this location when he is on shift there.
