Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Scotty was very professional as I did an online order of bread bowls for our company Christmas party. Scotty called me to ask if I would like for them to be cut if we were using them for soup which I thought was awesome for him to reach out and do such a service. Upon arrival at the store, we went through the drive-through and the line was very long but when we informed them that we had a mobile order The next thing we knew Scotty was coming out to meet us in the line with our order to keep us from having to wait in the long line.

I get Panera in the drive through via rapid pick up on the app. This location’s drive through always takes at least 15 minutes. And nights like tonight I get to wait in line twice because staff forgot my side. No apology or “sorry about that” from staff. Just annoying customer experience and they don’t seem to care about doing better

Seems like this location has possibly gone down hill. My partner and I ordered two sandwhiches and a Mac and cheese and it was $35… crazy but well if it’s there prices so be it. That said, the food we received did not meet $35 quality. I got the chicken avo melt. The avocados were brown, and the chicken was fatty. I usually don’t criticize places but man was this disappointing!!! Could be new staff or management. Looking at the way my sandwich was served to me, says everything you need to know! Choose another location!

We had some things left out of our door dash order and called the location. They not only made it right, but they then gave us free pastries. Scott the manager was very helpful over the phone and when we got our missing food.

Drive thru purchase. Strawberry poppyseed with chicken. Full size was half the size they used to be. The chicken was slimy and disgusting and had to be trashed and some of the lettuce and pineapple was starting to rot. All that and it cost $14.44. Absolutely disgusting. They continue to go downhill. I’m done!

Stopped in with my wife after not visiting Panera since 2018. Ordering at the kiosk wasn’t the most user-friendly experience, but the food made up for it.

We each got a “You Pick Two”—her Turkey & Cheddar sandwich was excellent, though she didn’t enjoy the Italian Market Salad. I had the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and the Toasted Italiano sandwich—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Would definitely order both again.

Only drawback was the cost—$42 for two combos and drinks felt high for a light meal. Quality food, but not budget-friendly for frequent visits.

It was late on a cold Saturday night and we needed soup! We were traveling and do not have a Panera locally so a quick Google search revealed that they should still be open and soup was definitely on the menu. The process of getting our order was a little confusing because it was all new to us, but as more people came in behind us, it was easy to recognize that they were familiar with the process and how quickly they got their food. The soup was delicious!! We will be traveling again this week and I hope that we find another Panera along the route!
