It was late on a cold Saturday night and we needed soup! We were traveling and do not have a Panera locally so a quick Google search revealed that they should still be open and soup was definitely on the menu. The process of getting our order was a little confusing because it was all new to us, but as more people came in behind us, it was easy to recognize that they were familiar with the process and how quickly they got their food. LOVE all their yummy salads, soups, and sandwiches!! Big selection. Nice bakery choices too.

Vegetarian options: Lots of salads and soups to choose from, even a couple meatfree sandwiches.

Jose, who works in the Rapid pickup area and back kitchen area, is always so kind and attentive to repeat customers by remembering their names and orders. He always has our sip club cups ready to go when we come in! We really appreciate his hard work and enjoy eating at this location when he is on shift there.
