Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Scotty was very professional as I did an online order of bread bowls for our company Christmas party. We had some things left out of our door dash order and called the location. They not only made it right, but they then gave us free pastries. Scott the manager was very helpful over the phone and when we got our missing food.

Stopped in with my wife after not visiting Panera since 2018. Ordering at the kiosk wasn’t the most user-friendly experience, but the food made up for it.

We each got a “You Pick Two”—her Turkey & Cheddar sandwich was excellent, though she didn’t enjoy the Italian Market Salad. I had the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and the Toasted Italiano sandwich—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Would definitely order both again.
