Papa Dino's Pizza & Grill

I ordered a delivery of two calzones and was informed that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the employee was rude and belligerent, and then hung up on me. The manager later called back to ask what my issue was, but instead of addressing the employee's behavior, the manager seemed more interested in correcting me.

When I inquired about my order, the employee told me that it wasn't guaranteed to arrive within the hour, even though we were initially told it would be. She mentioned that it could be five or ten minutes after the hour, but failed to communicate this to me beforehand. Again, she hung up on me. While the food was good, I do not recommend their customer service at all; it was very poor.

Upon, bitting on a piece of plastic in my food. I have to bring chewed up food and show them the chewed up food and plastic that almost choked me, they want me to return the food, for more food or my money back. Here is my proof! Gyro

My family travels a lot so we order take out quite a bit and I have to say Papa Dino's had the best calzones we have eaten in years. I recommend them 100% to anyone. Our food was delicious. Thank you

Came here after appt.. it did NOT disappoint!! The ranch is homemade (our favorite) as well as the marinara sauce. Freaking yum! We got the meat pizza and some cheese sticks with a small salad. Let’s talk about it..

Pizza-the toppings were the right amount. You know what I’m talking about -(if there’s a lot it weighs it down) the crust was done to perfection!

Cheese sticks-freaking amazing! The cheese to breading ratio was again perfect.

Side salad- everything from the lettuce to the carrots and the croutons were fresh! Top it off with some of that ranch! *chefs kiss*

We will go back to try those pizza rolls and a club sandwich!!
The atmosphere is old school/simple and I like that. It’s not overly “in your face”.
The employees are all friendly and wear their smiles proudly.
