This was the worst. .oh AND I mean the worst business I've ever come across. Okay, so let's get started real quick. We placed an order, and we waited almost an hour and thirty minutes. .we tried to go ahead and cancel even called another papa johns whilst at it. .they could've easily voided and deleted the transaction but didn't. Some time later the pizza made it here. Crappy . .this was cold dough didn't even feel cooked all the way the sauce was everywhere but in places it needed to be and the customer service was disgusting and horrible!!! Do not order from here! BEWARE!!

Everything shrank since I last ordered. Crust is ew. Wings are chewy slimy small undercooked. So bad. The small pizza is more like a personal. 2 pizza and trash wings 60 bucks. Wack. I will stick will door dash. Try pizza house. Or eagle one. Even 711 has better wings and pizza

Delivery driver does not know how to be a delivery driver. Did not find my order since he didn’t deliver to the right place. Had poor attitude when calling him. Reached out to the store and the store manager had poor attitude as well. Just wanted a refund along with my tips since I got nothing, don’t want to wait for your inefficient delivery driver to deliver another pizza!

I ordered a pizza on 1/15/2025. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes. When I went in to pick it up, it still wasn’t ready and I waited another 30 minutes. For one pizza… then I got home and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I had to use a knife to try to cut it and it was a mess. Terrible experience.
My pizza box was not sealed someone pulled a pizza slice apart very disappointed can’t eat when someone’s touching my food

Ordered late at night, crew didn't look the best but pizza turned out fine, coulda been cut deeper so i didn't have to separate one handed while driving but no big deal, crew was kind and customer oriented

This place is a public safety concern. I would not recommend Papa John’s to anyone. We ordered two large pizzas and multiple cups of marinara pizza sauce. My husband and I took a bite of the pizza dipped in the sauce. The sauce had fermented and tasted strongly of wine. The cup also smelled of wine as well. We called and spoke to Dion the manager to express our concerns. She laughed over the phone and the only thing she would offer us was a refund for the sauce or a 50% off our next purchase. We will no longer be ordering from papa John’s going forward and I will be reporting this.

Chevy sucks
For door dash orders you need to set the times back 10 mins. It's not cool we have to wait 10 or 15 mins after we get here. Fix it. I'm not taking any more orders till you get your prob fixed. Everywhere else is ready when we get here
