I’ve never had such a disgusting food in my life and disgusting customer service today I had ordered a Canadian bacon pizza stuffed crust When I was looking at the pizza to take pictures of it to post about how there’s no Canadian bacon, I find a dead mayfly in the pizza that is absolutely revolting, so I The manager to tell her that there’s a dead bug in my pizza and she goes are you sure are you sure it’s not a mushroom yes ma’am I’m sure it’s not a mushroom. I’m not stupid but anyways so she said she’s gonna send me a new pizza we hang up she calls back to tell me that I need to make sure and give the old pizza back to the driver. Yeah he can have it for all I care but that’s absolutely disgusting and your behavior is disgusting ma’am, I will never ever spend money there again . Btw I don’t need to put dead bugs in pizza to get free pizza because I know that’s what they were implying.

Pulled up to get my carry out order and literally watched the delivery driver get out of the car with the papa John’s delivery bag and a blunt in the other hand and then put the blunt out on the building as he walked inside the door. Insane, I don’t mind smoking I just don’t think it’s okay to be smoking while transporting or being around others food not everyone is cool with that and theres no way it doesnt violate some kinds of health codes??

Papa John's has always been my family's go to for pizzas forever but 8 years ago we moved from Indiana to Oklahoma and I have to say I don't know if they all changed their sauce but I liked the old one so much more. The new one taste too much like straight tomatoe

Had placed an order for delivery, and got the wrong dessert....and pizza wasn't baked long enough cause it was still a little doughy. I've never had a problem with them until now.

No menu when ya walk in the door, just a QR code to scan at the counter. Not very convenient for me. Too much BBQ sauce on the food. Had onions on it and it didn't say onions on the menu, it said BBQ chicken & bacon.

I was just there on 11 12 23 the black guy in the back making pizzas he has such a great spirit. Funny fun and making the most of his work day. The guy that made my pizza awesome job. I enjoyed my pizza . Kudo to the team!
First time to ever try Papa John's, ordered online.... thin crust pepperoni... the driver then proceeded to add his tip to the order, nice octogenarian that he was.... got the pizza and it pepperoni and anchovies!! I've never in my life had anchovies, and would never order it. Well that's what came across the web, they said....tough luck, basically I was stuck with it!! I gave it away and I'll NEVER EVER ORDER from Papa Johns AGAIN!! I'll be sure to tell everyone I know!! Great customer service...the Mgr didn't even answer, just hung up!

I never really leave reviews but - I had noticed my order was placed twice. So obviously I called the store immediately to have them cancel the second duplicate order, as to not waste their resources or a drivers time. I called probably 20 times and no one answered once. Good luck ever reaching anyone at this location. I ended up having to call customer service and THEY couldn’t even get ahold of this store. I truly don’t know why or how my order was duplicated but I tried my best to stop it from going through. Very annoyed that not a single person answered. I would give negative ten stars if I could

Food was hot but tasted like cardboard. 10/10 do not recommend. The jalapeño bacon cheese sticks were not the worst thing I've had but the garlic stuffed pizza was..

Pizza was delivered with huge gaps of missing cheese, wrong order (put pineapple on a half cheese/half pepperoni) not to mention soggy bread that is folded up on arrival. For 26$ you would expect better. Attempted to contact management twice and the phone will just ring until it hangs up on you.

if I could rate the service a -10 I would most definitely. I get a text at 2:41 saying my order is on the way, the store is a mile maybe two away, by 3:06 I’m calling again asking for my pizza I called 10 times for the lady to once be rude then every other time I called to see if my food would be ready or if I needed to come and pick it up is all I was wanting to know. For her to forward and decline all 10 calls. Then the pizza gets here delivery guy was nice, but my order was still wrong a cool ranch dorito papadia has COOL RANCH seasoning on the outside of it. This was so terrible.
