As much as I love Papa John’s, this is the worst location I ever been to. The location is definitely not the cleanest. The customer service is horrible. I found a hair Inside my pizza and when I took it back, the manager tried to deny it. The manager told me it was only cheese lol. He was trying to break it apart and that didn’t work. I was able to get my money back. I would never order from this location again.

This was the worse Papa Johns I have ever had. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza in the world. I have NEVER been so disappointed. I ordered original crust. It was not doughy how normal Papa John crust is. I don’t know who was the dough maker for Friday night but they need to be retrained. I can usually eat leftovers the next day but since I was starving when I ordered- my boyfriend and I ate what we could and threw the rest away. Luckily I was visiting so I never have to order from this Papa Johns again. But if the pizza was gross because they changed the recipe- CHANGE IT BACK PLEASE!

I wanted to say thank you to the staff who fix my double order by mistake. Somehow I ordered an extra pizza and I called the store and the manager was very nice and professional! They refunded it back to my card. No worries tonight. It was all good thank you again.

I have an autistic child that requires his pizza to be a precise way or he looses it. They did exactly what was requested and there were no melt-downs from my son.

Update 7/26/2024: if you order the Your way Deal Do not I repeat DO NOT ALTER the order or it becomes a full price item. Didn't feel like arguing but $28 for a $13.99 deal!? Apparently adding stuff crust and a veggie voids the special instead of just charging an extra $10 for it plus $4.99 delivery plus the $3.60 tip...why don't the delivery guys get the 4.99? Anyhoo rant over. 5/21... Well now I know why I get that familiar telemarketer voice from Bangladesh.... When I placed my order via telephone and my order was wrong I was told it's an outsourced order line....so if I want a pizza 3 miles away my call is going to Bangladesh!!! Wow UPDATE: Ordered again, and of course again they went heavy on the white sauce. Toppings slid off, scooped sauce with a spoon. Just ate the toppings instead...what a waste of money...again? I've tried to love their pizza but when I buy a chicken spinach pizza I didn't expect to open the box and see sooooooooo much Alfredo sauce that the toppings slide off looking like a pile of vomit...I am absolutely pissed off

Ordered their Cheese Hamburger Pizza well done swapped out the pickles for onions which I guess that messed them up a bit. What I wound up with is a under cooked cheese and onion pizza. Not sure where the hamburger came into play since it was left off completely. It will be awhile before I will want to go back for sure ?

Hands down the cheeseburger pizza we ordered a little bit ago was the worst pizza I've ever had? It had very little hamburger it was more veggies then meat it tasted nasty. I will never order from Papa johns pizza ever again. And to make things worse they called my husband and asked for another photo of the pizza after we already sent one to them. Needless to say we did not receive a refund nor did they offer one
