I love pizza!! And I'm usually not that particular about where I get it but when it comes to Papa J, I always must pick them over anyone else. They can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality and satisfaction. I love 'em, no question. Good pizza, good ingredients... And a satisfied belly.

I ordered off the mobile app and it had I ordered cheese pizza ny, when I ordered a pepperoni ny. I called and spoke to Shannon and she fixed my order and was really polite about it and I appreciate her so much!

Since I've been back in the city this is the only location I go to , I'm always taken care of and the food is worth the money. The employees are amazing and always nice , even when an order of mine was miss placed I had a fresh order in 10-15 minutes !

Ordered February 4, 2024 at 730pm. The delivery driver was super nice but when we had to call the store to pay with my card the lady was extremely rude! And overcharged me. I'm not sure if she put in a tip for the driver or what but I was overcharged and was not informed of it. The sales receipt does not reflect the charged amount. I will not be going back to Papa johns, they used to be good when they was the pizza of the NFL but now they are garbage.

I love Papa John's and that's all there is to it! The pizza is always fresh and the customer service is out of this world! The atmosphere in this particular location is always friendly and usually feels pretty good when you walk in.Vegetarian options: I can't really speak for vegetarians because I know there are certain foods that can and can't be consumed. Ordered online and they could not find the order. Had to re-order and could not use my points because online order used them. Too many people inside not doing anything, and vaping too.
Came in to get a large pep pizza xra pep. What we got was a burned hard As a rock thin crust pizza that even my dog refused to eat.When I called the store to see if maybe they accidentally made a thin crust I was met with hostility. The "manager" only wanted to argue that she made the pizza, she knows it was perfect. She finally agreed to remake the pizza towards the end of the call. But, advised me it would still taste the same. When I asked for cooperates number, she advised as they are a franchise location, I can not call cooperate.* So I hung up and immediately called cooperate. They informed me that was a lie. And apologized about the experience. And said a manager will be calling me back within 24 hours.It is also worth noting that b4 this experience.. I always had a pleasant experience at this location.This "manager" is just not a good chef. And apparently not good with customers.

Absolutely disgusting ? immediately puked after eating my pizza and cheese bread they were both hard as a rock no sauce and burnt on the bottom called to complain and the manager wanted to fight instead of making it right or offering any condolences do NOT eat here you will regret it
Ordered the pepperoni rolls. They use to be amazing. Now they are drenched in sauce. If I would have known I wouldn’t have ordered them. Soggy nasty chunks of pizza is what I got. And when I called of course the manager wasn’t available. I just wanted to know if this was a mess up or if this is how they come now and couldn’t get to even ask the question. I 100% won’t be back!
