I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Daylan, the guy with the cool tattoos at Papa John’s. Every time I stop in and he’s working, he’s in a great mood, super friendly, professional, and always respectful.
He’s never loud or pushy. Just genuinely courteous and easy to talk to. Honestly, Daylan is the kind of employee every place should hope for. Papa John’s should seriously consider having him train new hires because he really sets the standard.
And on top of that, when he’s on shift, I know my pizza is going to be spot-on. Keep up the amazing work, Daylan!

My friend bought me a Papa John's pizza for us to share for Father's Day.
We have been friends for 30 years and she knew that the last time I'd had a Papa John's pizza was in Greeley, Colorado before 2010.
The truth is I had forgotten all about Papa John's until Saturday when we were at the $5Below store next door to get pool noodles.
Anyway long story short.. (Too Late) She observed how excited I got when I saw Papa John's so she ordered a pizza and we picked it up after church.
It was even better than I remembered from Colorado. The stuffed cheese crust was perfect, not too much cheese or crust like other places, just the right amount, and the garlic butter dipping sauce was the best I've had, except when I've made it myself.
The toppings were all fresh tasting and the dough was the perfect texture.
I am not a pizza guy at all, and can normally go years and years without it.
Apparently that was only because I'd forgotten about Papa John's and did not know there was one here.
Now that I've become reacquainted I plan on becoming a steady customer because it turns out the only reason I wasn't a pizza guy is because there is so much bad pizza out there.
Papa John's is different.
The flavor was exquisite and every single bite was a symphony of flavor, and I am not just spewing hyperbole here.
If you do not consider yourselves 'pizza people' maybe it's because you have not tried Papa John's lately.
If I could give them more than five stars I would.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location. I placed an order via Uber Eats, and the estimated preparation time was 15–20 minutes. Based on that, I arrived at the store after 20 minutes, only to find a significant delay.
There was only one staff member working despite multiple pending orders. I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to finally receive my order. For a single pizza, spending an hour just to pick it up is completely unreasonable.
The owner or whoever is responsible for this location needs to start valuing customers’ time. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ordering and got my money back right away...Some Indian guy was making my pizza without gloves... Then started picking things off the pizza, while I was watching him... I asked DO YOU GUYS USE GLOVES.... NO RESPONSE. AO I GOT MY MONEY BACK.....
Great taste of pizza and they are priced fairly. Almost there is no weight for orders and always. The orders are accurate.

The guys at this location are so nice and helpful. The one on 23rd refused to take our order and said they were closed even tho they didn’t close for an hour. Glad we came to the location on Hefner. Thanks guys! You rock. 🤘
