Ordering and got my money back right away...Some Indian guy was making my pizza without gloves... Then started picking things off the pizza, while I was watching him... I asked DO YOU GUYS USE GLOVES.... NO RESPONSE. AO I GOT MY MONEY BACK.....

The guys at this location are so nice and helpful. The one on 23rd refused to take our order and said they were closed even tho they didn’t close for an hour. Glad we came to the location on Hefner. Thanks guys! You rock. 🤘

We had a terrible late night experience where we waiting for hours for delivery from here, afterward we visited in store and had to use the restroom which had no soap or hand towels along with it appearing very uncleanly.
I ordered a pizza at 9:40 pm tonight. I am still waiting for it, and it is after 11 pm. The tracker has said "delivered" for the past twenty minutes, yet I have NO pizza. I don't know what is wrong with your staff, but last time I checked, the word "delivered" implies that I actually have my food in my hands piping hot. I work very hard for my money, so when I order dinner for delivery, I expect timely delivery, or at least ACCURATE information. I am very disappointed in this location!!

Pretend this is a poorly run hole in the wall as it runs as such. The pizza I ordered was ready and when I went to pick it up they had given it away and told me I had to wait for them to make a new one. I literally can’t wait till corporate heads about this.

Okay I really hope the owner sees this. The Cranky Old Lady that seemed like the Manager was EXTREMELY rude. Not only with us but with the poor employees as well! The other employees tried giving us the best service and kept smiling. But please change management. She also denied our military discount because it would take “20min” which…. Truly not believable!
