Hate to say it but this place is just bad. Sure you might get lucky every once in awhile but 9 times outta 10 you’re gonna be disappointed. This place only makes pizza and wings… for you to mess up pizza or wings just tells everyone that you don’t care about the product you put

i was upset because i made a call and the gurl was rude, but the delivery lady was very very nice and pizza was warm and perfect, so that made up for it!

This is the 2nd time in a row that my pizza wasn't cut, wasn't cooked well done like I requested, and there wasalmost no toppings. (Bacon and tomato is what I ordered.)
Waited 2 hours for a delivery. Got tired and had to go down and get it. I don’t know who owns this place but they need to make some changes before they’re out of business. Don’t know why there was only two employees for a Saturday night.

Placed a order online and when I arrived to pick it up i was told the oven is broken we’re not going to be able to serve you and i’m going to cancel the order….he walks to the computer, cancels the order, no apology and never made anymore eye contact with me. One guy walked by, looked at me and gave me a ??. Everyone was standing around and laughing doing absolutely nothing. Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars.

This place is not up to meeting the needs of its community. As a doordash driver I expect some delays but when you watch several customers come in the door to bring back their food because it wasn't even what they had ordered and then it needs to be remade I believe we may have some problems here. Orders are backed up to hour long wait times past the original expectation time, and from what I've seen some of them don't even get cooked all the way. I advise you that if you want cooked and done in a reasonable amount of time you should probably not go here.

Food was 50 minutes late because they didn't update GrubHub status, and after not answering the phone again and again they finally picked up. Dude on phone basically said too bad, so sad it's been sitting here. He just shrugged it off. Only after call did the status change.When food did arrive, they were missing items. Chicken poppers looked like they had a little squirt of seasoning. And the Bleu cheese was nuked with it, so it was busted open and melted / coagulated.That's not even all of it. Usually Papa John's hits the spot (yay cheese sauce). But wow.

Owners, managers, whoever. You need to get your systems fixed and your employees payed better. Every time I order from here, your employees are yelling at each other or complaining about something not working right.I am a manager myself of a gas station close by, so I know how these things work. Pizza is always amazing, been here multiple times and has never disappointed, but customer service is lacking because it's a toxic place to work.
