Ordered Door dash. Did not send all pizzas. Called store. Manager told me what happened. Associate did not give all pizzas to the dasher. Dasher delivered what was given. Manager was not workable.

Wife placed a mobile order mid morning and got confirmation in an email, but even at the estimated delivery time no updates were showing online. So she called, 10 times, yet nobody would answer. I then call a few times and finally decide to drive there myself. During which time my wife calls to say the delivery driver finally brought it, 30 minutes after the delivery time even though the order was placed that morning.
When I called and tried to talk to a manager I got a guy who wasn’t even the manager, just out making deliveries while also answering the phone. When I tried to explain our frustrations with their customer service he gave me a padded answer about how backed up they were, then hung up on me.
I also work customer service, and I know that at the end of the day most people just want to feel heard. Not only did they not listen to anything I said, but hanging up on someone like that is inexcusable.
Terrible management and even worse phone-answering skills. Never ordering from this location again.

Ordered pizzas in app. Pizzas were delivered at an hour. I didn’t answer the door in time, so they took the pizzas back to the store. They did not leave them on my doorstep. First delivery service I have used to ever make that decision.

I called and spoke to Caleb. He said I’d have to come pickup my pizzas, that they do not leave the pizzas unless it explicitly states so. He was obnoxious. I told him I wanted a refund, he hung up on me.

I drove to the store to get a refund. Caleb was the only one there. Proceeded to yell at me from the back of the store, and then try to say I was yelling at him. He would not come up to the counter to address me. I asked if this was the hill he wanted to die on when he refused a refund, and he kicked me out of the store threatening to call the cops on me.

Caleb is absolutely unhinged. He gas lit me through the whole transaction. And get this, he said he was the General Manager. He was the only one there. Caleb has no business working with the public until he receives counseling.

This is the 2nd time I had trouble with my order.they said press 5 for manager, nobody answered. Sad. Poor customer service !! So sad

I dunno why there is so much negativity, this location has only been 5-star amazing to me for the last month. Every employee has been super-friendly, helpful, & exceeded my expectations. Food has been absolutely fresh & stellar. And the app has amazing deals, in terms of price. I just wanted to say something positive & I appreciate what they do for me. 🙏

Balanced Analyst, Thoughtful Evaluator

I recently visited the Papa John’s on Rockwell, and while my experience was generally okay, there are a few things worth mentioning. The first thing I noticed is how small the location is—definitely more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to linger. It’s convenient for a quick pickup, but the size can make it feel a bit cramped when there’s a rush.

The cleanliness of the space could use some attention. While it wasn’t terrible, the floors and counters didn’t feel as spotless as I’d expect from a food establishment. A little more effort here would go a long way in making the experience more appealing.

As for the pizza, it was decent—not the best I’ve had, but still enjoyable. The crust was soft, and the toppings were fresh, though it didn’t have that standout flavor that makes you crave more.

The highlight of my visit was the staff. Everyone was kind and courteous, which made up for some of the shortcomings. They were quick to greet me, answered my questions, and made sure my order was correct.

Overall, if you’re in the area and craving pizza, this Papa John’s is worth a stop, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and atmosphere.

do yourself a favor and DO NOT order anything from this store. i placed my order online for delivery at 5:30 with an estimated delivery time of earliest 6:35. well it is 8:20 now and my order still says preparing in the app. i paid almost $50 for 2 pizzas with a delivery fee and tip and get this horrible service. i live about 10 minutes from this store by the way. on top of all of that i try to call multiple times and get NOT ONE ANSWER. i can say with confidence that i will never eat at papa john’s again

This pizza house makes their own polices. They say we dont take orders after 1030 but you can place online. Like what!!! Why not all papa jones have the same policy as the owner say it is. Horrible customer service. Owner was super rude. Never gonna recommend this branch..

What a shame our food took forever to get here. Then once our food got here they didn't give us our order correct at all we ordered 2 medium pizzas and then was greeted with these small pizzas no sauce at all on them and many pieces don't have toppings on them at all. Like if you hate your job just quit this location is horrible!!!! The location on may is perfection!

Absolutely the worst Papa John’s Franchise. Ordered the first time delivery and the order was cold and wrong. Second time I ordered also cold. I don’t mean it wasn’t HOT. It was COLD!! The people were nice and apologized but the owner of this franchise isn’t up to the task
