Patrono was an excellent choice for a special night out. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm, quiet, and inviting. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and it couldn't have been a better experience. A perfect spot for an intimate dinner or special occasion! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I had dinner here before a show at the Civic Center. It was wonderful experience from the food to the service service and the ambiance. It's such a quaint restaurant. They were super busy, but got our food out quickly and it was delicious! Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and we will go again when we are back in OKC.

Upon entry we were greeted immediately and although we didn’t have a reservation, they found us a seat for two. The bread and dipping sauces were very high-quality and we were checked on by our amazing waiter, the manager and the hostess throughout our dinner.The meal was safe. Safe meaning little to no seasonings, just salt and pepper so the sauce carried the meal, but overall still decently good. I got a carbonara pasta and my date got a ribeye, which was amazing! I got a mocktail, which was yummy and the dessert was OK. I would come here again and try something different because the experience was very pleasant.

First, I want to say that our server, Maddie, was absolutely amazing ! She is very sweet and attentive and definitely has a talent for service work ! However, I think that this place is severely over priced. My spaghetti was decent (my dad makes better spaghetti) but it was $19 and it was the smallest portion ever. They do offer bread which is amazing because if not for the bread, i would have left hungry ! There is no reason that i should fear leaving hunger my for a place that is so expensive. The tables also have a cheap paper on the tables which is weird for the price point, I feel like I should've had crayons to color the table while i waited on my food. All together, I won't come back here unless it's a very special occasion, and someone else is paying.

Once again, the Patrono staff and Chef Krell were on point. Drinks were excellently mixed and crafted (especially the house made limoncello) starters , salads and entrees were presented picture perfect and tasted as good as they looked. What a perfect date night spot in downtown OKC. Just booked our next date night before writing this review.
When there are two older gentlemen speaking full on Italian at the table next to you know you're in the right place. Outstanding food, service and atmosphere!

Sydney is an amazing server and stayed on top of everything and was so friendly, his smile is contagious! The short rib bolegnese was tender and fresh tasting. Ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned. In our party we tried the almond cake, chocolate and cherries, as well as the Panna Cotta and we wish we had enough room to finish it all! The cherries are absolutely divine and if you get dessert, you need to try them!
