They close at 9, but don’t bother coming after 8:30, because they will tell you they can’t do anything. They will also roll their eyes at you when you walk in the door. The girl at the cash register was so rude I turned and left.

We ordered online, and the order was supposed to be ready at 7:06 p.m. I arrived on time. The staff person handed it to me at 7:32 p.m. The place didn't seem to be busy at all - don't know what the problem was. Then when I got home, one of the items was wrong. Normally we don't have this kind of problem with this Pei Wei.

UPDATE: Over a week and no response from the GM nor their "contact us" website. This is a really difficult review to leave. Food was good as usual, but was a very frustrating service experience. Came in for a family meal and have a gift card I was given to help pay for it. Even checked the balance on the card before coming so I knew how much additional I would need to pay out of pocket. Ended up being forced to pay cash for all of it. They couldn't get the gift card to work telling me that there was no money available on the card. I pulled up THEIR website to check the balance, which showed the available balance on the card, and I showed it to them, that the card was valid and had a balance. Was told I would have to call the number on the card to have the card "fixed". Called the number on THEIR website, and they verified nothing wrong with the card, that the restaurant would have to manually enter it. I told the person on the phone the restaurant told me they had entered it manually, and that she needed to fix the card. Even asked the person on the phone if I could hand the phone to the employee and explain it to her and was told no, that I needed to tell the restaurant employee that if they couldn't take care of it to call their manager or corporate office (seriously? I, the customer, had to be the mouthpiece between one PeiWei employee and another!?) I told the restaurant employee and she just said she couldn't help me because she was "just a cashier" - yet she seemed to be the manager on duty as the original cashier asked for her help and she was also directing other employees on closing the dining room because of an exhaust fan that was not properly working and VERY loud until she turned it off. VERY frustrating experience and an unexpected additional expense. She took my number and said she would have the GM call me. IF I get that call, I will update this review; however, with her attitude, I'm not sure if it will happen without me taking the initiative to call. I asked for the GM name & she wouldn't provide. When another employee told me his name, she glared at him. I can't believe that a customer has to "fix" THEIR issue instead of just trying to fix it on their side.

The food was delicious! Never had Vietnamese food before, so had several questions. Our server was so sweet and patient. He explained what each dish consisted of. The portions of food were large. We were impressed at how good everything we ordered was. I highly recommend this place!! So very delicious!!

Went for lunch couldn't even eat the won ton soup because it was so salty. The chicken pad Thai was saucy and sweet and really just all around horrible. This location used to be packed at lunch. Very few people there. I will not go back.

The food is very good. You can watch them prepare your dish, as the kitchen is in plain view. I had the broccoli beef and would definitely recommend

I ordered Mongolian beef without mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms. When I got home, there were mushrooms in it. I took my order back. I was told I should order it without mushrooms. It was my fault. After spending $60.00 there. Finally I spoke to someone else. After they cooked all the other orders they had there. They finally re made my order. No apology or anything for my inconvenience. I will never return to pei wei.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Chicken wings were not fresh so we didn't eat. My mom was treated horribly when she asked for her missing order. Never again. Not even if offered a free meal.

Horrible experience. It took 40+ minutes to get my food. And they didn’t even have what I ordered (told me after about 35 minutes of waiting). All that for very average food you can get at any mall food court. Horrible!

I was standing at the register for 10 minutes was never even acknowledged. Kitchen staff saw me and still no one came to see if I wanted anything.

The service was outrageously slow. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even very crowded. We could have gone to an actual nice restaurant and had better food, faster, and for about the same price. Will NEVER be back. There are plenty of other options nearby, do not eat here unless you just like wasting your time and money.
