Not knowing what to expect on my first visit, I was surprised to find generous menu options but the staff there was quite personable while being very professional. I will be returning
I love their food but this is the second time in a row of extremely poor service. I regularly visit the one in Belle Isle and the service is leaps and bounds superior. For some reason here everyone acts like they could give a crap. As I mentioned earlier this is the second time I’ve placed a to go order at the restaurant and I’m sitting there waiting for my food and the person who took my order allows my food to just sit by the side and doesn’t let me know it’s ready....read full review
We visited the PeI Wei at Quail Brook Plaza in OKC on Dec 14th 2019. We went at 2:00 so it wasn’t a busy time. We walked in and there was one cook and one girl working the register. Her name was Cynthia. We were asked what we would like to order. I proceeded to place my order. She walked away to deliver some food and when she came back she rudely asked if I needed something else. I said yes I had another order I needed to place.
