Won't be returning. Ate lunch with my coat and gloves on!!! I ask the waitress to turn the heater on and was told to get up and walk around?!?!? Then went to manager and basically was dismissed.
The couple that sat behind us also complained about it being cold in the restaurant(they ate with their coats on too).
TURN ON THE HEATER!!! They had two tiny space heaters running, but it was obvious the heater was not on.
Not to mention, the manager was handling menus and cleaning off tables and then cutting up bread with her bare hands to go on the tables, this is disgusting. If I get sick I will know that I got it from the bread from this restaurant, they need an inspection to teach them how to wear gloves when handling food!!!!
Food wasn't that great, wish we would have went to Cheesecake Factory instead, they valve their customers.

I had a great experience celebrating with my boyfriend for Valentines Day! Nathan was our server and he did a fantastic job. Amazing service put the icing on the cake for our dining experience. Food was great, absolutely no complaints!

Food was great! But I’ve never had such a rude server?? While my friend and I were eating he asked “will you need to go boxes? One or two?” Which in of itself is fine, I’m just not used to that right when I have started the meal. Brought the box’s, tried to take my friend’s plate stating she “looked done” We had our food for about six minutes at this point, and pressed me to go ahead and box mine up. Dropped off a check and waited at the table for me to pay it and started clearing the table?! This was NOT during a rush. Like 3 in the afternoon on Tuesday. I’ve brought clients here, friends, always been great, but this was unacceptable.

Whoever the female waiter is, that’s there today roughly around 250pm I picked up My lobster raviolion January 24th, someone should talk to her about her customer service skills. She came to give me my food and didn’t hand it to me and said HERE ….she’s pretty rude. She should hand people their food and not say here while setting it down …something more like( thank you for coming and handing it to me is more acceptable ! My low review is simply for her 🏌🏽‍♀️

Thank you So much for running my To Go Order out to my car... Both the Carry Out parking spots were full... With people NOT Picking up Food! I know, because I channeled my inner "Karen" & asked them 😏 the After Xmas traffic/parking was insane! And, of course my dinner was Delicious!
Pepperoni Grill was one of the first places we ate at when we moved here back in the 90s... There was a Gift Coupon in our HOA Welcome Basket
Thanks again!

I’ve been dining at the Penn Square Location since 1992, in those early years the restaurant was a gem in a rather depressing post oil boom OKC. The place always had a lengthy waiting line for the Sunday brunch and every weekend evening service. Unfortunately the restaurant has slowly declined over the years, a result of expansion and ownership changes; I rarely even visit these days. Today the place is a shell of what it once was, it’s just another bland mall restaurant. Some of the old menu items are still in place, but the presentation and taste are mediocre at best. Service has gone downhill as well, the once packed entry foyer is never manned, and the sharp black apron waitstaff has given way to hardworking but very less experienced employees. It’s sad to see the decay, but it’s easy to see why it has occurred with the fierce competition that exists in the immediate and surrounding areas. Perhaps I am being too harsh comparing the restaurant from 1990s to today, the market has changed considerably, but I wish they would at least change the name to something else; they are not living up to the food and service standards they inherited, perhaps not all their fault, but it’s time to close the doors or take the place in another direction.

During busy Black Friday madness, the restaurant was able to seat us fairly quick. Our server was amazing, with delicious recommendations from the menu! All good came out great and we will 100% be back.

I came here with my children and m my 2 friends, this was our first time and I can say that everything was wonderful, the food was delicious and fresh, I had chicken parmigiana with Pomo doro sauce and salad and fresh lemonade, the bread that they served was amazing, had a cheese filling, our server was very friendly , the place is nice and clean,we really enjoyed it and I will definitely recommend Pepperoni Grill to everyone!!
