We went to The Collective Kitchen for an early lunch on a Thursday. Mom got the roasted chicken Philly and I got the Most Valuable. The sandwiches were HUGE, and we both really liked them. The French fries were outstanding, nice and crispy outside and tender inside. We each chose a dipping sauce, but they weren’t needed. Hope PhillMeUp opens a permanent location!
Parking: No problem finding free parking nearby on a Thursday just before noon, probably not as easy at regular mealtimes.

Food was good wish the sauce containers were a little larger.

Phil Me Up is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I usually go around lunchtime and I am always surprised it's not busier. Cheyenne is always a joy and helps pick out the best options. If you are in the area I would highly recommend going!

Ordered my food right before closing. The cheese steak was dry and bland. Didn't get the sause I paid for and I paid for the double fries but only got one order. Place was closed by the time I got it. Cost me 45$ won't be back

Spent almost $13 for a quarter of a sandwich. I have visited before and received a full sandwich. It was like I received a child’s meal. Will not be back.
Took them 20 minutes to even take an order … keep in mind I’m the only one in line???
First of all, thank you!
Great food, great staff, friendly service with a smile and the hospitality you would only get in a southern part of the United States of America. The Chicken Philly sandwich was excellent! Fries were really good and cripsy with a beer batter and good flavor. Cheyenne was super busy, but not so much that she didn’t take her time giving a fantastic smile and perfect service! I will be back.

Genuinely a fantastic experience, the service was quick, the building was really different from what you'd usually expect, it was a refreshing experience, as for Customer Service Cheyenne was super quick and helpful, we got our food during a lunch rush in such a short time, I will definitely be going back.

This place is located in The Collective, which is like a craft food hall. Cool trendy spot to visit. However, we ordered from UberEats. 1 word-delicious. We ordered the Hello Portobello (add jalapeños) and the Chicken Philly. Both were seasoned perfectly. But the steak could have used a little less salt. We ordered fries and okra (.99 upgrade for okra). The okra and the fries weren't soggy considering the I live 15 minutes (6 miles) away.

my entire order was wrong. I'm very disappointed because I truly wanted a good cheese steak and who has time to wait two more hours and deal with it when you've already waited an hour for your food. It was terrible btw, tasted like straight up grease. it's not what I ordered at all! I'm allergic to mushrooms and there were mushrooms on my sandwich. My partner is allergic to onions and they put onions all over the sandwich. I emailed with the owner and I'm giving one start because the owner refused to make it right. They offered me $5 off my next order and you couldn't pay me to eat here again.

I was invited to leave a negative review if my complaints were that serious. It is that serious. The food is average. Its your basic cheesesteak sandwich. If you are already at The Collective you should expand your palate to the other wonderful options available that come complete with pleasant customer service. If you want a basic sandwich served with a hateful demeanor, this is your place. Worst customer service given by the manager who also, coincidently, is the reason for this negative review.
