Food was garbage, I spent $70 on 2 meals, sides, and delivery tip. Onions burnt and black, meat burnt and black, no seasoning at all, fries were cold and soggy, onion rings were burnt and soggy. I just want my money back because all of it ended up in the toilet thrown up

Found it on Uber eats, pretty good food that holds up decent to delivery. Nice dense sandwiches with plenty of meat and cheese, tastes great.I ordered both the Mac and cheese and the fries as a test, to see how it all holds up to delivery. I highly recommend going with mac and cheese over the fries if you're ordering delivery. The fries are still good, I'm not complaining at all, but they do lose a lot of crisp due to the travel (as expected). Whereas the Mac and cheese doesn't lose any tastiness or texture from the delivery, it's exactly as it should be. Love y'all!

Had a visit for lunch around 1p. It wasn't very business inside. Found a parking right on the side, so it was a plus I didn't have to walk.Service: cashier wasn't attentive but was friendly. I can understand as it was just after lunch rush.Atmosphere: was calm. Tables weren't cleaned yet so try and get there during lunch maybe.Food: I've had Phillys.... I just don't think this place is for me. It tastes more burnt than anything. I ate it because I was hungry and didn't wanna take it back up. Even the sauce didn't take out the burnt taste. The fries were good and crispy. So I did like those.Overall: I like the environment. A lot of choices. I would return to the collective overall.

First time ever at the collective great discovery absolutely love everything about this place!! Best philly cheesesteak i've had in a long time!! Great customer service. And I love that there's multiple choices so you can eat from more than one place at a time!! Great for families or larger Harder to please crowds!!

It's a nice place kind like a mall food court but trendy. Service was fine but they don't take cash. Because their trendy. Fries were amazing. If this place was in Philly it would be a 2 out of 10 but it being in okc I give it a 4 out of 10. It's not good. Portions were small and they don't use the right bread. If you're looking for a true Philly. I would avoid it
Visited the Collective last night, a Philly sounded good so I figured I'd try Phil Me Up. Service was nonexistent, there was a human there but she never made eye contact, spoke at an extremely low volume, and acted as if she wasn't excited to help me. Food took over 20 minutes to make two sandwiches with no one in line (Monday before a thunder fame) and 2 single orders before me. I've never had a Philly so dry in my life, Jersey Mikes is blowing this place away on a simple "OG Philly". Zero onions, overcooked and completely dry meat, terrible. Will happily spend my time and money somewhere else, sadly should've looked at reviews first.

This is unacceptable in the food service industry if you don’t about what you serve your customers close the business and do something you enjoy this not the first my has had issues but we let those slide thinking it’s just a one time thing, we really use to enjoy from this restaurant but now I don’t know what is going we have eaten here for a couple years now and someone is slacking
